We are extremely happy with ***** and the entire *** team. The project was comprehensive and involved the entire house; kitchen, bathrooms, laundry/mud room, stairs, deck, heating system, and more. Throughout the process the entire *** team and all of their subs were professional and respectful. Our project manager, ****, was extremely communicative every step of the way, patiently answering any and all questions we had, suggesting solutions to the inevitable problems that come up during construction and ensuring that all work done was of the highest quality. There were people working on our house everyday, all day throughout the project, and they took care to clean up at the end of each day, allowing us to continue living in the house through the project. The finished project is beautiful, and our small house is so much more functional now. I highly recommend ALC Design.Review from Julia R

This is our second project with *** and we are equally as pleased as last time. This project was a kitchen and garage renovation. **** and ***** were the main people we dealt with day to day and they went above and beyond. Someone was at our house every morning and worked throughout the day. Everyone at *** was extremely approachable when we had questions or concerns and took the time to make sure every detail was how we wanted it. There were a few challenges that came up during the course of the project and the *** team was extremely helpful in explaining possible options and finding ways to troubleshoot. We highly recommend this team to anyone considering a home renovation in the future.Review from Ernie R

We found *** when looking for a company to build out our bonus room (over the garage) into an office /theater room. Honestly, *** was the only company that sat with us to understand what we were looking for. I'm very happy that we chose to use their designers to model the room and provide a vision of what the room could be. I had issues visualizing the space and this filled in all the gaps.We love the new space which is now my office/theater room. I love the new desk they built for me.The team was professional. The craftsmanship and execution is top notch. ***** and **** and trustworthy... I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done on their property.Review from Srimanth S

We were referred to ALC Design by a friend for a complete restroom remodel, and we couldn't be more happier with the results. *** approached the project with professionalism, treating it like a well-managed operation and adhering strictly to the timeline. ****, in particular, stood out with his expertise and patience. He handled our change requests with ease, clearly explaining alternative options and solutions. ALC was highly recommended from friends in the area and we are very happy with the results and process. Our project was very large (from our perspective) and a near gut of the entire house. We gave them a price range and a list of things we wanted and they were able to fit things within that budget. Any project of this size will have surprises and our project was no exception, but we were always given options and advice beforehand. We were never pressured into doing additional work. We got the sense that they were working with us and always on our side which was important for us. They had a vested interest in the success of the project just like we did. We were impressed with ***** (the *********) and **** (the *** and trusted their opinions and work throughout the process. When the backsplash tiles in the kitchen weren't as perfect as expected ***** painstakingly re-did the whole job himself and is now one of our favorite parts of the new house. 8 years ago, ALC did a large room addition to our house, and just recently they completed a renovation that included converting to an open concept, completely relocating our kitchen to a much larger space, hiding the visible structural support beam in the attic, and reflooring the entire renovated area. Work quality, which we knew from before to be superb, continued to be so in this project as well. Phil, our project manager, was always on top of everything so there was no wasted time: in four months, there was nary a day without work happening. Mark, a true craftsman, ensured perfect fit and finish in the new kitchen, and we also greatly appreciated Lenny's attention to detail. The only caution I'd provide is to read the contract carefully to ensure that everything that was discussed is included. We ended up with a disagreement as a result of me not noticing that something wasn't included. To his credit, Brian did make accommodating adjustments. ALC does great work, from design through build and finish detail. I highly recommend them!

We lucked out finding ALC when I saw their name on the side of a vehicle coming home from work one day. We live in a 100 year old house and needed to add a second bathroom, in addition to rennovating the first. We had consultations with several companies, but in the end went with ALC due to their detailed vision and clear communication. We have no regrets about working with them! Brian explained all the parts of the process to us and walked us through Galen's plans for our new bathrooms, including the cost of each and every item and when deposits would be due. The design, by the way, was great and maintained the character of the house. Mark, who was the manager of our project day to day, was great to work with. He was very respectful of our home and pets. (Our cats still miss him!!) Lenny also did excellent work and helped make sure everything wrapped up smoothly in the final weeks of our project. We plan on redoing our kitchen in a few years and will go with ALC again with no hesitation.Review from Margie & Joe P

ALC completed a large and complex renovation for us and we could not be happier. From the planning process to finishing touches, the ALC team was always professional, informative and helpful. Brian was very valuable guiding us in our plans and explaining the process. Our project manager, Mark, was great and on site every day. He offered insightful suggestions and made sure all was perfect. His attention to detail was amazing. Brian was always in contact and checking in to see if any questions or concerns. We were always kept apprised of any issues or updates with the project timeline. ALC was always available to assist with any questions and changes if needed. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely use ALC for future projects. I highly recommend ALC for your renovation projects.Review from Rachel M

It's always a little scary to step into a big, expensive project with a company for the first time, but we couldn't have chosen a better one. The entire ALC team was professional, responsive, helpful, transparent, and respectful. I was floored by the design they came up with to add a dormer and front porch to our odd-shaped house - they looked like they had belonged there from the beginning. The project leaders were fantastic at addressing questions and concerns, and Brian, the owner, was always easy to reach if needed. The customer service and all-around integrity of this company were worth every penny. We will definitely be using ALC again for future home projects!Review from Dave P

Where to begin?! Our house consisted of an original build with an in law attached by a breeze way on the first floor. After deciding to get rid of the breeze way and connect the in-law with the main house we started our search for a contractor for the massive job. After many recommendations from friends we set our sights on ALC designs for our massive remodel. From the start Brian and his team came up with a great model of what our house could eventually look like. 3D imaging along with a great designer helped put our dream house in reach. After taking our considerations as well into consideration the work began. Brian and his team of Will, Lenny, and Mark were absolutely fantastic. Will ran the job and Lenny and Mark were incredible craftsman and just great people! After the first month they already seemed like family! From framing to cabinetry work to tiling and finishing touches including as Brian called it an “aircraft island” in the kitchen these guys absolutely killed it. Our dream house went from our minds to a 3D image on our tv and now finally an everyday reality. Thank you guys again for everything!
