The Technicians from Paul The plumber are extremely polite, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have had them work on many projects for me and will continue to use there services. I highly recommend them!

****** and ****** arrived on time for the 8 to 10 am scheduled time slot. They assessed the issue I was having with my Nest thermostat, and were able to diagnose the problem very efficiently. After determining that there was a need to replace furnace parts, I was briefed on my options. These HVAC plumbers were top notch in their attention to detail and professionalism. They demonstrated respect for property, and confidence regarding the solution to my heating dilemma. They were also trustworthy and transparent regarding costs to be incurred. Had frozen pipes on 2/02/25 and was recommended by my neighbor to call Paul The Plumber which I did and left a voicemail explaining my issue and my information. The very next day they called got my information and sent out a representative to fix the issue. They showed up on time and few hours later the issue was fixed. My usual plumber sold out so we needed to find another dependable, reasonably priced plumber ******* sink drain blocked up and it was further than the pipes below the sink. ***! They only charge $99 for initial evaluation. He gave us several options if the first attempt failed. $500. was quoted and it was fixed in no time. And it was less than $500!!They are now our go-to plumber from now on!Paul The Plumber Response

We called Paul the Plumber LLC on January 27, 2025. A young man by the name of **** E responded to our problem. Our well pump that brings the water from our well to our house let go during the night .He called us and came and fixed our problem. He said what the estimate was to be and within 2 hrs. He had the old tank removed and a new one installed. He was excellent, very polite, professional, courteous, He explained the veterans and senior discount which is very helpful today. We would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a plumber. I give him a 5 rating .Even a higher rating if it was allowed . Very satisfied.Paul The Plumber Response
