Worst customer service *** experienced in a long time. I paid nearly $40 for delivery by 12/31/24. When I saw the package was delayed I reached out to customer service and got absolutely nowhere. The **** barely speak English and read off a script. They kept reading the tracking status which I could do myself. On two separate calls I requested to speak to a supervisor.the first time I was told a supervisor would call back within two hours, but no one called. The second and waited on hold for over twenty minutes and then the call hung up. The third time I called I immediately asked for a supervisor and was transferred, the line rang and rang and after several minutes I hung up. Today I finally spoke to a supervisor and she said they would refund my *********** gift basket was finally delivered 1/3/25 after the recipient had left town for a week.The whole experience was awful. Dont waste your money on Gourmet Gift Baskets!Review from Hassina O

Its the first time I have ordered from gourmet gift baskets and I am waiting to get a refund not only is the product poorly created but the amount of money they charged for shipping and a couple of crackers and cheese was ridiculous. I sent them a gift basket photo of what I received recently with same price point and one had not only more products but was created beautifully and everything in it was worth the price. As I tried to reach **** ***** and his executive assistant - I had nothing but excuses and no one will call back to resolve so I am going to call my credit card company to dispute the charges . I tried four times to get them to follow up and they refused and was quick to charge my card but not one call to resolve it . I will never use this company again. I dont suggest others do either . I would not recommend Gourmet Gift Baskets. Give another company a try. I purchased a basket as a Christmas present. What was delivered to the recipient was not what was listed in the product description and it included a bottle of wine when the recipient cannot drink liquor and I had specifically chosen a basket without liquor for that very reason. Furthermore, there were family members visiting with drinking problems so not really good to have that arrive! I sent an email to the company as well as writing them via their website link. Crickets. I figured with the holidays any response would be slow but here it is almost a month later and still no response. So, they do not give you a heads up if they substitute products and you do not get what you paid for. They don't even bother to apologize or contact you about their concerns. Very disappointed by the whole experience! Try *********** instead!Review from Chris B

I wish there were negative stars. Their website says they will fulfill orders for Christmas and even charge for overnight or two day shipping which I paid for. However, they did not fulfill the order as of the today which was when it was supposed to be delivered. And when I tried to call their answering machine said they were closed for tue holidays (aren’t the holidays their business). At the end of the my mom is ending up with no gift.Review from Christine W

The process for selecting and ordering this basket was very simple. With only a couple of days notice, the basket was delivered to the recipient right on his birthday. It made his day, and he gave a good review of all the items in the package.Review from Beverly S

I received by UPS on my 70th birthday a box with 2 oranges, 2 apples, crackers, vegan cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. Of the 4 pieces of fruit, only 2 were edible. One of the oranges was dry inside and one of the apples was rotting. Very disappointing indeed and I urged the gift giver to report this to the company and demand a refund.Review from Judith Mae L

I have ordered from Gourmet Gift Baskets about 5 times now. I have sent as corporate gifts for Christmas but recently I have sent them to families as sympathy gifts. The baskets are good quality and can be used for other purposes. The food is good and fresh. The families love them. One lady's husband passed and she lives in a retirement community. We sent 2 baskets so she would have something to give her friends that dropped by during that time. Was a great idea.Review from Anissa P

Glad I found this awesome company to partner with and to send classy baskets! The prices are very reasonable and they offer great discounts for repeat customers! I sent a large champagne basket to a client as a thank you gift. They were very appreciative and happy with the basket. They were prompt with delivery and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely use Gourmet Gift Baskets again!
