    I ordered a plant back on March 2022 and never received it. They charged my card $155 and the plant never came. “Peter” from vogue emailed me back ONCE in March saying there was issues getting the merchandise out but he promised it would be soon. Never came. I need a refund. He ignored all my emails after that then his email address became invalid. He is obviously stealing peoples money and it needs to be stopped. The vogue website doesn’t even exist anymore. I’ve waiting six months and I’m going to take further action if I can’t get this resolved. People work hard for their money, not just to be stolen by people like “Peter”.

    I purchased one Japanese Fruticosa Tree from Vogue Plants for $222.32 CAD in March. My credit card was charged on March 12, 2022 and I received a order confirmation email on March 21, 2022. On April 25, 2022 I sent a email to Vogue Plants customer service with no response. I followed up on May 3, 2022 and received a response from Peter who said that he received their stock from their Chinese manufacturer, but it was flagged by the department of agriculture even though he had all the certificates in-line. Peter informed me that he had re-applied for the entry permit and was waiting for it to be processed. He said it would be released any day and my order would be delivered. I did not receive any shipment email or the actual order. I followed up with Peter again on July 2, 2022 and received Mail Delivery Failure message. I sent a Facebook message the same day which showed the status as "sent". On July 13, 2022 I sent another email and again received a Mail Delivery Failure. I attempted to send another Facebook message and got a "couldn't send" error. I have also been periodically checking the website and it looks to be down. At this point I would like a refund.

    Ordered a plant over 3 months ago despite the product saying it's in stock and shipping in 7 days. I have reached out repeatedly to them and for awhile got emails back from Peter claiming the real wood of the tree was stuck in customs and needing additional paperwork from them which he supposedly submitted. I asked for an update some time later and he claimed the tree would then be here within the week. After still no delivery I requested the tracking number multiple times with no reply from them and they refuse to give it to me. I requested a refund last week and still nothing and no delivery. At this point this has to be a huge scam and all I want is a refund.

    I ordered a indoor false tree and was told it could be 3 weeks before delivery. It has been several months now but. I was charged 158.99$ any ways. Can get no response from company

    Date of transaction: Feb 2 Quantity purchased: one artificial tree Money paid: 169.49 USD or ~220 CAD Order #******* The company charged my card even before they shipped the product. Most businesses only put the charge on authorized until they ship out the merchandise. On the website and in the order, they promised: S***dard Shipping - In Stock - Delivery 7 working days. After 3 weeks has passed, no update was provided nor email contacting me. I had reached out to customer support and they haven't sent a single email to respond back to my inquiry. I have filed a chargeback complaint on my end with my bank. It seems like I am not the only client that is experiencing this issue. I have had no issues with any e-commerce merchant before and this is the first business that does not deliver as what is promised.

    Hello, before I could even action rectifying the order. Mrs *** opened a charge back with her card company, and got refunded immediately. What more is there to do here, she has been refunded in full, and I will not send an order without payment.

    The charge back case has not been resolved and no refund was issued yet from my bank. Moreover, no communication from the business was given when I asked for support via email before the chargeback. This has no only happened to me but other buyers too. I was charged for an order that was never shipped. Perhaps the merchant should look into updating their shipping policies.

    With little buyers trust, I want to warn others alike that this is not a business to be trusted.

    Furthermore, with little trust, I have no interest in receiving any product. I just want my money back.
