    On 10/5/23 I purchased a truck from ISELLTRUX for $20,000. I gave them a business check for the full amount which in writing was supposed to included new tires, undercoating and a 90 day warranty. it took 2 weeks to get the truck with none of the promised items included. After 2 months of phone calls to them, nothing has been resolved. The truck needed $1400 of work to the front end and it needs tires but they somehow got it inspected.

    I bought a BMW535i c drive for $8,550 and I was told the car would pass inspection. I drive it home and check engine light came on and there’s a problem with the drive train. Also car need 4 tires and brakes the oil pan gaskets leaking . The valve cover is leaking the axel/cvboot is bad the battery is bad and 2 sensors to engine and granny are bad. The price to fix the car to pass inspection is about the cost I paid for the car. Is there a lemon law in NH ? I want them to give me some financial relief to fixing the car

    We sold the vehicle for $1000 less than it was advertised. We sold the vehicle “as-is” condition. We have reached out to the customer and offered to help him with some of the repairs.

    The customer never asked us to recommend a local repair shop to help him. He brought it to the bmw dealership that charged him $200/ hour. It is my understanding that the customer knew of some of the repairs that it needed before purchasing. We are still willing to help customer out.

    I went to Iselltrux on March 3, 2023 with my friends *** and **** to look at a 2009 Dodge Ram truck. My friend **** is a mechanic. The owner Jordan or I was told he was the owner followed us to my car after I did not complete the application for financing because my friend **** found many faults and some dangerous issues with the truck. Jordan had dropped the price of the truck and said just give me a check for 1,000.00 to hold the truck I won’t cash it until I get confirmation from you that you want to move forward. Against my better judgment I did give him a check and we went to a local diner to discuss the vehicle. Not 2 hours later I called and left several messages stating do not cash the check I am not moving forward with the purchase. I also sent several texts to the phone I had been texting the whole time with communication to a salesman named Greg. I got no response. I called my bank and the check had been cashed immediately after we left the lot. I called and got no answer then in text I have all of them: I heard we don’t need your money if you didn’t buy from us we are returning it to you Then I heard we are waiting for the check to clear…I responded he received the cash that day March 3 I waited 3 weeks to give them the chance to do the right thing. My calls have not been answered. I have left messages and I was going to go back to the dealership but I never received confirmation from them they had gotten my messages and would be there. I would advise all consumers to stay away from this business.

    I bought a Red 2006 Dodge Ram pickup from ISELLTRUX on Nov. 1 and in the picture advertised it had a tailgate…it was missing when I saw it in person…. it was explained to me that they had to use it for another truck and told me they would replace it and I have the paperwork that shows me that they owe me a tailgate… I paid cash in full and they would deliver my car when it was installed.. days had gone by to no avail and I finally had them deliver the truck on Nov. 4th to my house with the promise of delivering and installing the tailgate when they had it… each day there was always a different reason why they weren’t supplying me with the tailgate telling me “wrong fit” “wrong color” last I heard they painted it and waiting for it to dry.. each day I was told another story and felt they weren’t fulfilling their written agreement and now I am getting no response and feel I may have been blocked.. I have this truck registered and inspected but would like to have my tailgate as promised…I even suggested for me to come to them if it made it easier….it is now Nov. 13th …please reach out to resolve this problem thanks. ****

    I purchased a truck from Iseltruxs on August 12th. I still haven't received my title that was supposed to mailed the following Monday after the purchase. The last three days phone call attempts to them have gone unanswered. My bank wants this resolved as they need to be listed as lein holder I hope there is something your office can do to help.     On August 5th 2022 I sent Mr. Jordan S****** & Iselltrux.com a check for $5,000 after a verbal agreement between Mr. S****** and myself. I had previously explained to Mr. S****** that 3/4 ton & 1-ton vehicles are hard to find in my state of North Dakota and that I could find individuals interested in his vehicles at a higher price point than he currently had listed. Mr. S****** stated that he would split the profits with me if I was able to find buyers at the price points I suggested we list them at in North Dakota. My supporting documents will show I helped sell one truck for Mr. S****** and that I was actively trying to sell three other trucks for Mr. S****** as well. I found an individual who wanted to purchase a green 2010 Ford F-350 from Mr. S****** at the price point of $17,000. Mr. S****** wanted the gentleman to pay for the vehicle before transportation as to guarantee he would be compensated, the gentleman stated he wanted this vehicle but wouldn't pay for it until he had the opportunity to look it over himself. I came up with the idea that I'd split the wholesale cost of this vehicle with Mr. S****** as to get him to release it up to North Dakota, I'd pay for transportation costs and that we'd split the profits. The deal fell through due to transportation delays and the pickup remains on Mr. S******'s lot. He refuses to return my $5000 claiming we entered into a verbal agreement that I'd split half the cost of this vehicle whether it sold in North Dakota or not. Again, my supporting documents will show this claim is false. I even sent Mr. S****** a screenshot of my bank account before sending the $5,000 to show him where I stood financially and asked him to hold off on cashing the check until the vehicle left his lot. Mr. S****** has blocked my number and his partner Chris won't answer my calls. My supporting documents will show both of them stating they will be returning my money. No attempt has been made to rectify this on their end.
