They have to be scamming people in some type of way. Because for almost everyone to be having the same exact problem. They are cheating us out of our money.

First off I can not enter ZERO stars which is what they deserve.... Right Direction Financial is a Preditory Lender with Finance rates from 15 to 29 plus percent!!!! ********* ****  overinflates each vehicle's value and then Right Direction Financial adds additional finance fees. Then they pressure you into signing an agreement that any Attorney would strongly advise against! Payments are bi weekly meaning exactly 14 day periods instead of monthly. In their contract they want you to agree to an GPS Tracker and Auto Ignition Disabler. I flatly refused in writing but believe they installed one anyway. Then they also want you to agree to Automatic Withdrawals using your Bank Acct , Credit/ATM Bank Card, I also declined ACH payments. I have read accounts from others that after three days late on a missed bi-weekly payment that they BLOCK USE OF YOUR CAR WITH THE IGNITION INTERRUPT DEVICE AND RENDER YOUR VEHICLE UNUSEABLE UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE! So in the end I am upside down on my vehicle, a 2018 Nissan Rogue, which has High MILAGE of 100,000 I tried to refinance and trade the vehicle but can not because the vehicle value is FAR LESS THAN THE FINANCE AMOUNT/Current Balance of 19,000.00 I am told by a reputable dealer that $14,500.00 is retail and Trade in value is about $8,500.00. ********** **** IS DEFINATLY NOT A REPUTABLE DEALER and hide behind their affiliated company RIGHT DIRECTION FINANCIAL in order to SCREW THE PUBLIC! Take a look at ALL THE BBB and Consumer Affairs complaints. Additionally they are not accredited by the BBB. DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THESE CROOKS! Wanted People to know about these LEGAL SCAM ARTISTS. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

if i could give zero stars i most definitely would. most unethical and unprofessional financial service bank. they were asking for payments not outlined in my contract nor in any paperwork pertaining my vehicle. i told them i wouldn’t submit those payments. i stayed in good standings. it’s a saturday and they are supposed to not only ask me when they could submit this payment but send a confirmation text. they wanted to submit it on tuesday along with my regular payment for the vehicle. they submitted it today without speaking to me or confirming and then neglected to answer their phone. 100% will NEVER bank with them again and will follow with legal action. **** you.

Most un ethical business practices ever they do not follow the laws in the states outside of mass that they lend to which is illegal, they prey on people with bad credit and then sink you worse with late fees they assess AFTER you’ve made your payment. Multiple times I have been changed a late fee that they end up sending back to me they have also forced me into double payments telling me that would fix my payment date never does and they are partnered with dealers who sell crappy cars that you have to put thousands into just to keep running 10 out of 10 do not recommend this company and can not wait till I can refinance with my bank

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I had to get financed through them because of my credit. At first it was great, I only dealt with one woman named Jessica, she was so understanding, kind, and worked with me when I was behind due to job changes. I do not know what happened to her but I have had the worse experience since!!! They won change my due date, right now it is a Monday, who gets paid on a Monday?!? In order to ¨change¨ the date I would have to make a DOUBLE payment, which is the MONTHLY payment! Then when I message about anything, they are rude, call me nasty names, threaten me, and ignore me! I can be literally ONE day late and they turn on that 2 minute long ¨warning system¨ alarm, then once my payment goes through the next day, THEY DO NOT TURN IT OFF!!!!! I have to fight with them for WEEKS to turn it off!!!!! Right now that stupid alarm has been on for TWO MONTHS!!!! When COVID hit, I was out of work(I work medical field) and my family and I got COVID bad, so I tried to work out a plan with them, they refused, I couldn´t pay, THEY ACTUALLY DISABLED MY CAR which left me stranded in a DR office parking lot with my sick children and refused to turn my car on so I could get home IN WINTER!!!! I tell them to run my card for a certain amount, THEY TAKE MORE THEN WHAT I SAID!!!! This company should be shut down and everyone should be given their money back for all the b******* they pull!!! They are as bad as **** *********, who I will add just had a HUGE lawsuit against them AND LOST for the same exact thing and had to pay their customers!!!!

I have been a customer with them since 2010 and I've had no problems with them in the past changing my payments till Friday cuz that is when the money hits my account. Now all of a sudden there unable to do this and this is the last time I will ever deal with merchants and right direction they have gone downhill since my last sales representative Rich I******** left and send like they are under new management. So I in turn will wait and see if I can refinanced through my bank at a better price. Maybe 5 six years ago they were ok, but now I would not recommend. You would think customer loyalty counts in today's world but it doesn't it's all about the bottom dollar and then getting paid. I've never once missed a payment and there service is war before a one star.

They make unauthorized payments. They have caused 4 overdrafts in my account with the bank. They take over a week for a refund from their mistakes. They are unprofessionaland speak rudely.

Have a 1 star, only because it’s the lowest you can give. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. You will never reach anyone who will show you any bit of friendliness, professionalism or kindness. They will take out payments when you have not agreed to it. As someone else stated, they will take out a payment even after the loan has been fulfilled. They say, “take it up with your bank, we don’t give refunds.” Your vehicle will be equipped with a system that will make your car beep if you are late on your payment and they can also disable your car no matter where you are. It’s just an all over shady business that preys on those who are in need. Do not, I repeat do not use this company. You will regret it from day 1.

I considered it ridiculous that in 2022 they don’t have a representative that speaks Spanish or are able to help Spanish speaking customers. It’s also ridiculous that they don’t know what’s going on or why their website is not working when you try to log in and the “representative” didn’t even try to find a solution for a simple thing. Times has change, DO BETTER!!!
