Should be a zero option. I received a pair of pajamas as a gift. After one wash the appliqu shrunk. I contacted Life is Good. No help whatsoever. They do not stand behind their products not purchased directly through their website. A reputable company should be more customer service oriented.Review from Natalie H

Love their tees and sweats. I own an inordinate amount. But their customer service *****.They ordered another sweatshirt recently and when it arrived it had two stains on it! One was an ink pen stain and the other unidentifiable. Their solution was to require me to print and complete forms, package and mail back the damaged item. They promised to send a clean unstained replacement - it has been 2 days and I still dont have shipping verification. They should have just replaced the damaged goods without requiring a return. They should have expedited the replacement vs making me wait ******** I guess I will be looking for a different business for my tees and sweats.Review from Margelina S

Placed a order for two solid colored T-shirts on Jan 4th. As of Jan 17 I still haven't received the shirts. I placed a complaint with customer care and the only response was stock replies and give it more time. Absolutely no help provided to resolve the ridiculous delivery delay of two standard ( no customization) solid colors T-shirts. Order was placed on Jan 4th but not processed until 12pm on Jan 8th. Website stated 2 days for processing. Then supposedly USPS couldn't deliver because of obstruction. We had 3 pkg delivered to the house on Jan 16 and plenty of junk mail in mailbox but USPS couldn't deliver yesterday or today either. Life is good Customer care doesn't care. I have been wearing Life Is Good tee shirts and pajamas for over 25 years. I only wear cotton and these shirts hold up. I have over 30 shirts and love them all. I have never had a customer service problem or any problem with this merchandise. I highly recommend Life Is Good.Review from Margaret H

Worst company ever with returns and customer service about the return. I have been waiting since December to find out about my credit due back to me for a T-shirt I returned as it was a gift that was the wrong size. I can get no one to help me on the phone. Beware of this company their product is nice and it’s a good quality but if you have an issue with the return it’s impossible to get any type of good service from this companyReview from Nasser N

Bought a bunch of shirts over two years. Love the T’s. But just noticed that the images were coming off!! Life is Good customer service is horrible. This is not a company I would do business with. They have lost a very loyal customer who recommended their products to many people. They simply said “sorry, they’re too old!” Well… I have a response. DO YOU SAY THAT YOUR SHIRTS LAST LESS THAN TWO YEARS???? Shame on a company touting an honorable stance.
