Mancini Roofing and Siding has been a life saver us. We bought our house brand new 8 years ago. Another roofing company did the roof. This past winter we had a roof leak in our mudroom. The next morning I call Mancini. They had someone out to fix the roof the SAME DAY. Same day service is unheard of now a days, I was blown away. We needed them again after this last snow/ice storm. We found shingles blown off the peak of our 3 story home. Within days they were back out to help us again. Their service was fast and professional. They also cleaned up so well you would never know they were even there. This was especially important to us as we have a young child and pets. We will definitely call them again should we ever need to.

I had to take the time to come to the bbb to review an AMAZING company!! We are highly impressed With the work done by Mancini roofing and sidings crew! ****** and **** were *******************, friendly and gave a fair price to us for the work they were hired to do. The finished product shows the years of experience and expertise they have in their trade. My husband and I cant thank the mancinis and their crew enough for being honest, dependable and doing an outstanding job at a timely manner!! Id give 10 stars if I was able to!!! 5 star business by far! Thank you guys! We will be using Mancini roofing and siding for all our roofing and siding repairs from now on in the future!

Mancini roofing is a dishonest, poor quality and disrespectful company to work with. My roof leaked the winter after it was replaced by this company. And instead of rushing out here to collaborate with mason he blamed mason and was incredibly rude. 4 other roofers and a city inspector subsequently validated that his new roof was part of the leak problem. Richard M******, owner, offered me a quote on my roof 9/13/22. In person, he promised: to be on sight for the job & replace gable vents. I had a lot of problems including: cx'd x4 "truck issues", he was not on sight except to show up the first day & sit across the street on his phone, workers did not speak English they had problems installing gutters no way to communicate and they had a child working with them! The bigger issue was the roof leaked, all winter after it was completed 10/23!! When I contacted him he & his wife were rude, unresponsive & disrespectful. He blamed the leak on the mason, cx'd numerous times and sent rude emails stating "your going to have to work around our schedule, I'm in FL can't come, I'll send a guy - then the guy no shows, no call- when I contacted them "we are having truck issues, you have to realize this is a small co". He was so rude I felt threatened thus eventually got 4 new roofer and city inspectors opinions who ALL identified while it was complicated with both roof and chimney issues CLEARLY the roofer had a part in the leak re: ice & water shield, shingle/roofing installation around chimney AND IF HE HAD BEEN ON SIGHT & INSPECTED (never got on roof once) he would have advised me on chimney. I had a new roofing co repair and redo costing me $2950. after Mancini close to 10K & he NEVER replaced gable vents saying they were unavailable, yet all the new roofers found them no problem. I had a terrible experience with Mancini. I am writing to advise others in hopes they avoid the unjust experience I had with Mancini Roofing.

This review is a very poor representation of our company. Mancini Roofing & Siding is a local, family owned & operated business that strives to provide the customers with the best experience possible when doing roofing and siding projects on their properties. Unfortunately, Contractors must also beware when performing work as there are customers out there that make it extremely difficult to provide services to. In this instance, **** **** *. had informed us when she contacted us for a free estimate that she had previously had a lot of conflict with "many other contractors". We had responded to her immediately, despite having an away message on our line stating we would be on vacation and returning in a week. After completing the install, **** *. contacted us stating she was having a problem with her roof. Rich M****** went out to look at the problem and informed her that she needed to have her chimney resealed and would need to contact a mason as the leaks were not a result of the roof installed. **** *. contacted a mason and from there informed us that the mason had stated that it was our fault it was leaking. Rich requested the mason's phone number to try to schedule to meet him there so that we could figure the problem out together and/or collaborate together. It was then that it was discovered that **** *. had stated what she stated to us to the mason as well, playing one contractor against the other. When we emailed her to address the situation, **** *. became very defensive. Unfortunately, her issue was due to the chimney needing to be resealed and not due to the mason as he did a good job re-leading the chimney, and not due to the workmanship of our crew at Mancini. Rich M*****i was on the job site multiple times to oversee operations and we also have a foreman of our crew who is on site during the entire installation and who is experienced and knowledgeable and responsible for ensuring that the roof installations go smoothly. I hope this response helps to clarify this situation.
