*** is a great guy to buy a used car from. If you have any issues, you can bring the car back and he will fix it. He does offer a warranty on his cars. He can tell you what is covered by the warranty. I have bought three cars from him, for friends and family and I have never had any issues.

I asked to do a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) as ** has no used vehicle lemon law protections. I was told no, as is their right, however shady it might be. That's fine. I was then told "your [sic] not buying a house." I didn't appreciate the snark. That's too bad as it looked like a reasonable price and could have been a quick sale.

Our daughter is a new driver & saved her money. I wanted her in a safe AWD vehicle. Located a 2012 Mini Cooper S Countryman All4 at E & J Auto & she has always wanted a Mini. Met with Joe, had my cousin help look it over, due to my disabilities, & he thought it drove & ran good. We purchased the vehicle at a fair price & Joe even bought a side mirror which broke before purchase & delivered to my wife. Just had car inspected today after having inner tie rod replaced, par for course & not a big deal. Had a 1/2 check engine light come on ehich drove me crazy & after research found it to be gas cap. New cap installed, xode cleared & all good now. Our daughter loves her car & couldn’t wipe the smile off her face. Thank you Joe for being a good used car guy & treating us right.

Terrible experience. Dishonest service promising cars will pass inspection, but won't and need thousands of dollars of work and then won't take responsibility. Really bad communication and how they handle things. Buyers beware.

This place is your quintessential sleazy car dealership, and Joe is the quintessential sleazy salesperson. He lies about almost everything and will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Do not trust a word out of his mouth! Toyota took one look at the car after we purchased it, refused to inspect it, and said to bring it right back to where we bought it to get our money back. There's a potential hole/dent on the underside and someone did a shoddy repair job on it. It will need auto body work to make it safe so my daughter's foot doesn't fall through the floor. But that's not it, it also needs: Brakes maintenance Alignment Emissions line Converter pipe It's going to be an investment, that's for sure. Thousands of dollars. Gave Joe a chance to do the right thing, and he offered to do the emissions line labor at no cost. That's it. That would mean I would have to pay for the emissions line, alignment, converter pipe, and auto body work out of pocket. The emissions line and pipe should have been repaired before putting this vehicle up for sale. He said he'd call to "make it right," and never did. I called him and I said I really wanted a refund on the vehicle and he hung up on me. I left a review on Google and he replied: "inappropriate move specially after you brought your car in and we did all the work on it." This just confirms to me that he lies. He did not do one ounce of work on this vehicle after purchase and both Toyota and Midas can attest to this. For him to so easily lie in his reply really confirms the type of person he is. Very disappointing experience. Would never recommend.
