First Id like to say Ive never dealt with such horrible communication from a company. From the start, I was trying to get my floors insulated. I got an unnecessary sales pitch from a salesman who couldnt even quote me accurately. They rescheduled my service twice last minute after planning my whole day around it. Made me cut an opening into the subfloor of my home and then bailed on my service after they said they could do the job. They rarely pick up their phone. When they did, they never called back with an update as they promised they would. I felt dragged along so I cancelled my job with them. There was no expression of an apology after wasting 3 months of my time and holding onto my cash deposit for that period. Yet again, *** spent thousands of dollars with this company. This made me inspect the previous jobs they did. I discovered they missed a whole section of the attic they assured me they insulated. Even more curious, I checked a few sections of my walls only to find parts not actually foam insulated. Turns out I didnt even need my floors insulated. The area they neglected to insulate in the attic has been the main issue for my homes heat/cooling. It could have all been avoided if they did the job properly the first time and didnt lie. Makes you wonder what other corners they cut. Im not one to really complain and write a review but now my homes a mess and I feel conned and cheated. What a shame and disappointment. Untrained and unprofessional. Steer very clear away from this company.

Our home was sprayed too fast the result is having our home torn apart for weeks maybe months while the insulation is being removed. And then re sprayed. The staff sent to work here Is inexperienced and unprofessional. After trying desperately to get a call back or a visit from the owner he simply is too busy to deal with it. I plan to take further action

They did an awesome job spray foaming my rafters. They were prompt and did what they said they would do. Sales guy was great. Highly recommended.

!!!*EXPECTING AND WAITING FOR THEIR RETURN TO COMPLETE THE WORK*!!! I am putting on record my work order # WO ***** and invoice # ******** because as stated on the invoice notes ; " We will need to go back and inject foam where the AC unit is once she gets it removed in 3- 6 weeks" from work order information on 3/10/2024. Red Team consisting of team members : Jamie L****, Noah P********, and Hunter M*****. Jamie, very communicative, helpful, friendly, thorough & consistent all the way through the insulation project. Instructing, and supervising his team on site. He took charge of contacting the on call electrician due to short electric circuit hiccup within some moistened wiring outlets. Noah, good communicator, proactive, and following Jamie's advice all throughout. Hunter, supplemented in some cleaning. !!!*Expecting and waiting for their return to fill remaining 1.5x1.5 sq ft section with foam once the wall A/C unit is removed in about 6 weeks.3/12/2024*!!! I recommend USA Insulation.

The USA Insulation team that showed up to do the work I scheduled did a great job. I was nervous but they let me ask as many questions as I needed and Jaime took the time to demonstrate that he knew what he was doing. He was careful with my home which is of course so very important to me. They were on time and they were done earlier than I expected. I would say that the experience surpassed my expectations. And the furnace runs less! Very pleased. Many thanks to Jaime and Noah.

USA Insulation did a great job for me on two houses - with a nice discount for doing both buildings. From the initial information/sales rep to the scheduler/business manager and installation teams, everyone was friendly, skillful and totally professional. They were responsive to my every question and did everything to be sure the job was done efficiently and cleanly. I am especially pleased with how clean and neat everything was when they rolled out the driveway. I would not hesitate to highly recommend USA Insulation to anyone thinking about upgrading their home. USA Insulators are a top notch outfit. They sent a knowledgeable and courteous rep to give me an estimate for the spray foam insulation I needed. Brit was very accommodating to my schedule which changed due to unforeseen circumstances and promptly rescheduled for a time that worked for us. The insulators themselves did a great job insulating my walls, ceilings and basement of an unfinished mudroom. Very satisfied with USA, will use them again and recommend to friends.
