  On Sept 2, 2023 Mike salesman at Motor City Londonderry Turnpike Manchester NH Fraudulently gave false information to obtain $8,400 car loan with *** bank which was accepted instantly. He wrote sales deal, and excluded my down payment from the paperwork (bonus for him I guess), I did not approve of this and withdrew my application, and asked him to stop and withdraw my application at that time. (Before approval I stated I just wanted to start process see actual number breakdown and I would not be purchasing today.) He pressed me, this is one time deal, now or forget it and I said great made it easy forget it, and ran out of office with vomit in my mouth, got sick in his parking lot. I am disabled and on disability pension so I don't have much money to begin with. For the next several days Mike at Motor City destroyed my credit which was originally at 693 on 9/2/23. For next several days Mike at Motor City processed applications in my name, when I was not there and I never authorized. ( II received several denials from many banks and insurers. I did not authorize for him to proceed with those hard inquiries. I left Motor City on 9/2/23 for next three days Mike at Motor City intentionally tanked my score. (He had no business to do this and I absolutely know he falsified information on *** application. Which *** loan department is investigating currently. Fast forward to 9/18/23 had car to purchase elsewhere fraction of the cost of car I was already approved for on 9/2 at Motor City and now my credit is destroyed from Mike running at least five hard loan applications without my consent!!! I believe it to be an act of remorse or revenge on me for not buying the car and pointing out down payment discrepancy. I was approved the *** loan for Motor City loan 9/2/23 now 9/18/23 *** has unresolved issue Membership Dept is following up. Fraud, Falsifying documents, misrepresentation in listings, wrecking peoples credit through false loan applications.

  I believe **** may be confusing the experience he had at Motor City Manchester with an experience he may have had with another dealership. First, we have no employees by the name of Mike. Motor City Manchester is a one-man operation. The only person in the building is named Chris. Second, all of the correspondence Chris has with **** shows a very positive interaction. The experience was nothing like what **** has described here. 

  
  All of the correspondence we have through e-mail and text messages shows that **** knew we would be running his credit application for the purposes of obtaining a finance approval. The application was submitted to lenders, per his request, the day he was there. All with his approval to do so. Although **** chose not to buy the vehicle, he did express gratitude to Chris about how pleasant his experience was. We have all of the messages and correspondence that verifies all of this. Copies of this can be provided upon request. After he chose not to buy, **** did request that we do not submit his credit application to any other lenders. Which we complied with.
