Wont refund my money even after receiving return in a box that was never opened. Car got totaled by a drunk driver a never got to use parts . Sent back an still wont issue refundReview from Dani P

I really appreciate the videos that this company produces. Especially when the instructions are given by ***. It's so refreshing to see a woman doing car repairs. She's so knowledgeable and I really trust what she's saying. I have fixed countless vehicles using these videos and Ive always tried to order the parts directly from the company in support of the exceptional videos they provide to anyone. Most of the repairs I have done for the first time, and have yet to have a failed repair. Thank you thank you. Very few businesses operate in this way anymore. Thank you for still valuing the fact that knowledge is power and doing the work yourself is good for your brain, your car, and your wallet.Review from Doug J

I bought car struts and back shock kit from Amazon filled by 1A Auto. These parts have a lifetime warranty.. warranty states This item is backed by our limited lifetime warranty. In the event that this item should fail due to manufacturing defects during intended use, we will replace the part free of charge. This warranty covers the cost of the part only.1A Auto did replace failed front strut that is 5 years old. But there email said to kindly send old strut back to them within 60 days or keep old part and lose warranty. Shipping cost is $80 and cannot be returned any way but shipping. Nowhere in there warranty do they state old parts must be shipped back at my expense to keep warranty. I will pay the shipping then sue in small claims court to force 1A Auto to honor there warranty. The plus side is they get to come to sunny ********** where the purchase was made.Review from San B

I ordered a part on Oct 7, 2024 to be delivered by, *** Next Day Delivery. The part did not come. It is Ct 9. 2024 and the part still has not shipped out. I paid by credit card. The cost for shipping was $94.03 . It needs to be refunded, there should be a fiscount on the item purchased. I made the customer *** agent aware I would be lodging a complaint because this is costing me time and money.If you need apart right away. Order from another company that guarantees delivery and provides it. Both of which they failed to do. If I ever get the part I will update. I ordered struts (4) based on my make and model of car. They sold them in a set of 4, front and rear. The rear didn't fit per my mechanic. To return, I had to prove they didn't fit. I did. I provided the part number from *****, and sure enough, it will never fit my Accord. They wanted me to pay to return, and eventually provided me a label. They received my return on September 17th 2024. They said it would take 5 days for them to decide if they would accept my return. After, they have it in their possession. I continued to call. On Monday, the 23rd of September 2024. I was told they would accept my return and would issue a check on Friday. They only issue refund checks on Fridays..NOTHING the following week, Sept 30-Oct 4th. I call again on October 7th. I was told that a refund was only requested on October 1st and a check mailed on the 4th What a lie. I requested the refund before I sent the product back. I requested a second time on September 23rd and was told the check would be sent on Friday the 27th. THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. THEY HAVE HAD THEIR PRODUCT IN THEIR POSSESSION SINCE SEPTEMBER 17TH. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 7TH AND I HAVE NO REFUND!! THIS PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR PARTS THAT WON'T FIT YOUR VEHICLE, THEN TAKE MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO RETURN YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE HAD THE PART SINCE 9/17/2024. This seems like a company procedure to drag out and slow walk returns. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE I KNOW ARE AWARE OF HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS!! In the mean time, I wait for my money so I can go buy a part that fits my vehicle. I'll pay more, but at least it will fit, and if it doesn't, I won't have to call 5 times to get a refund. I bought 6 ignition coils for a 2002 ****** Pathfinder from 1A auto. Within a month all 6 was bad or going bad with intermediate misfires. I had to buy all new coils from a local retailer and yes there coils fixed my problems and I waited 4 months to write this review because I wanted to be sure nothing else was wrong with the car that caused the coils to go bad. 1A auto refused to replace the coils nor give me a refund! This was my first time buying from them but definitely my last.Review from Sebe C

I bought a passenger-side replacement mirror for my 2020 **** Escape, the part they have pictured online is the correct picture of the part. However, what they sent was the completely wrong part, and not only was it the wrong part they sent the driver's side mirror. Clearly zero quality control for their parts. Now I'm out $20+ bucks to send it back for their "shipping label" Whatever, if they do this to 100 people a day they make $2000 a day on these "shipping labels" because they made the mistake and sent the completely wrong part. Complete c*** The customer service agents I talked to were kind, friendly, and helpful but the fact they won't do a full refund is bull. Or at the very least send me the correct part that was pictured on your website!!!!1A Auto, Inc. Response

Just spoke to 1aauto and was asking to return an order that I purchase back in Sep 23 that I tried to return it in Oct 23 but the shipping label did not scan at the *** store. I understand its 223 days since but I had to leave for work in another continent the next day and could not reach out to them. Just got home and 1aauto is saying they refused to take the order back nor issue any credit when it wasn't my fault for the shipping label not working. Terrible ***************** His advice was to use **** to resell the parts. This company must be really desperate refusing to do the honorable thing and make an exception. The item is unused, did not open and in original packaging. I guess a tough ****** learnt, be cautious where you get your auto parts. In any case I will highlight this with **** the *** to see if any exceptions can be made.1A Auto, Inc. Response

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was sent the wrong parts for my repair (which arrived late, but whatever), but then they wanted me to pay 50$ to ship the wrong part back to them. I then was sent into a Kafkian email nightmare with their frustratingly ineffectual AI customer service. When I tried to call customer service, it was hours of waiting on hold to ultimately get disconnected. If you like wasting time and money - then this is the business for you! I should have just ordered from Amazon or Autozone.1A Auto, Inc. Response
