I would not recommend this company to anyone less than five years into the business they are they came two years Ago because we had Sulfur smell in the Water they suggested we redid the whole system While doing the job, my wife and I specifically asked the owner ***** to keep our softener just as extra protection, His response was we no longer need this softener because this system will take care of it since then Ive had consistent issues with our system not running correctly. We are Getting build up a white residue On everything our water touches and has created an issue on our skin. We are 4000+ dollar Into This system that has not worked correctly since Installed I inquired multiple times in the past three days to have a call back and each time I would get they will call you after their morning meeting or at the end of the day and never once did I get a call back. $4000 out on a new machine now We will be taking this company to court as I have all documentations of all correspondence between myself and *********** Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.Review from Sarah T.

This company recently replaced water lines in my village district, the workers lacked any sense of customer service, there was zero communication with water outages, they were excessively rude and intimidating when encountering them while entering or leaving the neighborhood. Visitors and other neighbors complained of this as well. They caused 2 leaks on our property during this refit, the last resulted in our water line splitting under the pressure of their last turn off and restart, with air thru the lines, causing a leak they measured at 12 gallons a minute, causing low pressure inside we attributed to whatever work they were doing, but today they shut off our water because of the leak, water we pay for, and then said we have to pay 1800 to repair, sent us a link for payment plan thru them that sounds like I'm being scammed. I'm on disability fixed income and can't afford the damage this company caused. Lack of communication really needs to be addressed!
