I purchased a car 2/27/23 did not realize until 5 weeks later it had been hit n it was spray painted to cover the passenger side front fender also all rusted so I’m sure they fixed it not to show damage nothing reported on car fax. .I called on 4/6/23 spoke to a new guy named Sean he said he wanted to help me out n get a estimate. I got an estimate 4/13/23 1700.00 damages. I called spoke to John absolutely refused to do anything. I want compensation regardless of a used vehicle it was 23000 car that was hit and was fixed to hide the damage. They knew what they was selling and it was never disclosed to me which is illegal. Auto shop I went to said the damage is been there awhile.

Ms. ****** did in fact purchase a vehicle from us in February of this year. Vehicles are priced and sold in the condition that they are when the deal is worked with the client. If there are any items that are discussed or owed to the client they are stated on the WE OWE statement that the client receives. The vehicle did not incur any damage while on our lot so there would be no reason for the vehicle to have a damage report on car fax since there was no damage incurred while we owned the vehicle. If damage was incurred by the previous owner but never reported, that does not fall on the dealership. In Ms. ****** statement she indicates that she went to a auto shop the statement indicates the damages had been there a while. She bought the vehicle in the condition it was in, and noticed that the prior owner had touched up the side of the vehicle after she went thru a car wash. The dealership did nothing to mis-lead or hide any damage on the vehicle prior to her purchasing. She purchased the vehicle for $21,227. The Current vehicle value 3 months later is $25,500 based on NADA retail value. She received a fair purchase price which was $4,273 behind retail based on the condition of the vehicle. The dealership priced the vehicle according to the condition it was in, and she received a value well below the retail value of the car which exceeds the $1700 return she is requesting. The dealership never agreed to repair any cosmetic blemishes when the deal was closed, and never mislead Ms. ****** about the condition of the vehicle.

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona on March 17, 2023 for $20,593.00, from the Somersworth Hyundai dealership in Somersworth, NH. On March 29, the car stalled, and multiple service lights came on, including the check-engine light and battery light. I emailed and called the dealership the same day. I brought the car back to the dealership the following day, where the service technicians told me they could not find anything wrong with the car “because it did not pull a code”. I spoke to the sales manager about other options, such as trading it in, and was told it was “part of buying a car” and provided no other assistance. Less than a week later, on April 4, the car stalled twice more, once in the middle of a traffic intersection and again shortly after as I pulled into a parking lot. I brought the car back to the dealership for a second time with a photo and video as proof. They agreed to give me a loaner car that died less than 12 hours later due to battery issues. I now have a second loaner vehicle, but have not heard anything more about the status of my car. The only phone call I have received was from the original sales rep after I left a negative review on Google. He insinuated this was the auto stop feature, which was not the case as shown by the video. No one from the dealership has reached out to me since this conversation. When I have tried to work with this dealership to either return the car or trade it in for another one, they refuse to help because they cannot "diagnose" the car. I have had to take videos to prove to them that this is an issue. They have had possession of the car for 3 days and have not contact me with any resolution. As this car should not have been sold in its condition, a fair resolution would be to trade it in at the same value I purchased it at, or refund the purchase so I can buy a reliable and safe car.

This complaint was filed prior to the dealership being able to duplicate Ms. ******** concerns. Since the complaint was filed we have been able to duplicate the issues stated and have repaired them. Since the vehicles repair on 4/22/2023 the dealership has not been notified of any vehicle failures from Ms. *******.
