Checked in with my family, added everyone name to the guest list in the event we separated, My Son lost his key, went to the front desk to get another one and they gave him a key to someone else's room!!!!! Totally put my son's life in danger...... Not good at allOcean Casino Resort Response

I use to love it until I got food poisoning at a pizza shop on there premises spent 6 hours in the er. I had an ambulance get me from the room. Hospital said it was food poisoning. I filed paperwork wasn't expecting anything til I got this crazy Hospital bill. They said because no one else got sick its not there problem. I have spent so lunch money there in past I guess because I lost my prime status I'm nothing. I'm so mad that they don't care. They just don't. They say they care but if your not spending those dockets u are crazy. But I'm getting a lawyerOcean Casino Resort Response

January 3, ****, ****, entering the casino (where ******* dropped off) housekeeping middle-aged man (prefers not to mention race). Mopping the floor, I have an invisible disability, I said excuse and proceeded with caution, he said to "No, You outside" no reply. I am a customer when the ********************** is REVEL anytime, I spend cash at the bar/food. Truly, I know that is against hotel policies. I paid $200 and came here to relax there was a party going on which was vibrating the windows people dining laughing like if there are 100 people in the room near ours. I called the front desk and they said they will have security come. The party got louder and I called security they said the front desk didnt call them. It kept getting louder and louder so we called the front desk again and two women came to our room to tell us that we cant get our money back and if we check another room we have to pay for it even if we just leak in. They offered us a smoking room and said people are aloud to have parties in the rooms. This is a disgrace I will never come back to this hotel again and I will tell all my friends the same to not come to the ocean casino hotel because they allow people to disturb other guests and they dont care if guests are disrupting others all hours of the night. The bad reviews are fairly accurate. My husband checked in the weekend of 8/25. I was told that check in was at 4 and they wouldn't budge but we were able to check in at 3, via the app. It sure why we weren't told of this possibility. When we got to the room, it was fine but as the minutes went by, we were shocked at how dirty it was. Food crusted on the carpet, white nasty "stains" on the furniture, furniture that had the entire finish smeared off. I couldn't deal. I called the front desk and when downstairs because I was on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered at housekeeping either. All I wanted was for them to vacuum. The girl at the desk apologized and said she would send someone up. 4 hours later, nothing. Housekeeping finally answered and sent someone up to vacuum. Vacuuming picked up all of the dirt and the lint and the food and all the nastiness up and it was just something simple that should've been done in the first place. The casino was fine. The hotel is pretty and smells great. The restaurants were fine. But we will never stay here again because how dirty the room was and how hard it was to get any help. A week after we came home I emailed the management and haven't heard back in three weeks even though their website says that they will respond in 2 to 3 days, for the money that we spent for a two night stay, I did not expect such a disgusting room and poor customer service. There are tons of better options. I am very grossed out by the room we were given and the amount of times it took to have it rectified. I did not expect that from a Hotel that cost us over $1,200. Their guest experience manager asked me to email them directly, and I did. Over 2 weeks ago! No response. There are bad reviews on almost every website I look at, and they are all the same - cleanliness does NOT exist here. Thank youOcean Casino Resort Response

I visited Ocean Resorts often in the last few years. I always played in the High Limit Room. I was given a gold card. I visited Memorial Day weekend and at that time only card holders were allowed in High Limit Room. When I visited Ocean last weekend in June, I was not allowed in High Limit area. I was told only top two tier members are allowed in. I was told it was to avoid crowding. The many times that I played in high limit room over last few years, the area has had no more than 20 people in the area on weekend nights!Ocean is DISCRIMMINATING against low limit, what they consider low limit players which disproportionately includes people of color. They told me I could play right outside of High Limit room. Thats like having low limit seating in their restaurants. Ocean Ive heard, have given out comps, including high limit players and then taken them back, just cause they changed their minds and reduced their method of computing. This is was a place that I was looking forward to stay as I heard plenty of great recommendations however upon checking in, the room I was first put in was dirty. The bathroom still had pee and p*** on it. Went to the front desk to tell them and all I received was a "sorry about that" and was changed to yet another room that had stains on the bedsheet. When i went downstairs, the front desk person told me that the only rooms available were smoking rooms then after awhile said that there was a room in the third floor but it's just not the same as the other one. I asked since these options were not good for me to then switch to a double bed room instead of king which i reserved for but the front desk person stated that I couldn't and had to choose the other rooms options or wait on housekeeping which they didn't even know for long it would take because they only had 2 housekeepers that day. We ended up being switched 4 times just because they had no clean rooms.This is by far the worst service I've received from any hotels I've ever stayed at. I travel for work and have stayed at plenty of hotels and this one has been THE worst experience. The problem was on the hotel staff end, so as a guest to have received 4 rooms who are not cleaned well, I would have expected better accommodations for my wasted time going back and forth and finding rooms were just dirty instead of a just "I'm sorry about that".If you pride yourself on excellence and you're charging people based on that, the guests are also expecting excellent customer services, and excellent facilities. Let me tell you a story. They started spamming my email with free room offers every week. I ignored the offers for a few weeks. Finally, I took advantage of said offers since they are inviting me in. I enjoyed the rooms, didn't create a fuss, didn't make noise or anything. Just me alone or with my wife. Enjoyed the restaurants and the beach.This happened for 3 visits. Randomly I went to check my Ocean portal account for free play and I found out my account is restricted. I couldn't log in. I call and ask and they say that I received comped rooms and gave them zero casino play in return. Now I get it. Casinos want casino play to stay in business etc, but did they really have to go to that extreme? Just don't offer anymore rooms sounds like a better option. You didn't get casino activity from me before so what do you think was going to happen this time? The restriction seems excessive. So I reach out to their ************ accounts to make sure the public is aware of this company and also ask for an apology from the casino in a private DM. Not once did they try and reach out to me or even reply. They just ignored me and blocked my account. Please, if anybody is reading this, don't spend your hard-earned money here. I was scammed out of a deposit match at their online casino. I did as the email said and did not receive the sign up bonus. The error was on their end. Their response was I did something wrong. It is obviously a scam and do not waste money or time with them. Terrible to hear. Their casino is excellent in person. Just a 100% scam. Save your money. Dear Ocean Casino Resort,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had requested a late check-out, but was not accommodated. This was extremely inconvenient and caused me a great deal of stress and frustration.I understand that late check-outs are not always possible, but I had requested it in advance and was not informed that it would not be possible until I arrived at the hotel.
