    I ordered a top hat from By Day Fashions and never received any details about the product shipping. I contacted them and was told they didnt have the product in the size I ordered. I told them to send a different size and was assured they would go to the warehouse that day, pull the hat and ship it. I did not hear from them for several weeks so I contacted them again and told them to cancel the order and refund the money. I used PayPal to pay for the order so the refund should have gone back into my PayPal account. Again, I didnt hear anything from them. So I sent an email message saying that I would be contacting the BBB and possibly filing in small claims court if I didnt hear from them in 24 hours. I got an email from them that day saying the order was cancelled and a refund was issued. Several days later, I got an email from PayPal saying the refund didnt go through. The cancelled order from By Day Fashions has still not been refunded. Please advise.

    *********************** ordered a men top hat on 7/16 7:36pm in a size 2xL in beige. We had an order for the same color and size top hat at 3:21 pm on 7/16 Which we have to give to the 1st person who order. I call ***** at ************* on the 17th and left a massage stating the size he ordered is now on backorder I have 3 options for him. 1st option a refund and cancel. 2nd option pick a new style order color. the 3rd option wait for the backorder ***** express to me he did not have this color and he wanted to wait. I told ***** sometime backorder can take up to 3 months and he told me he was ok with the wait. On Sept 10th ***** ask to cancel I cancel and refund ***** Sept 10th. Today I received this letter so I am unsure what this is about.

    I had ordered a product from this company for Christmas early December, I inquired about the status 12/19/22 and would it be shipped before Christmas. I received an email stating Yes we can do that for you with no greeting or signature like a Bot response. After waiting and not receiving a shipping confirmation, I contacted them via phone. The phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. No response to my voicemail. I use their chat option and all it does is confirm what I ordered. I called again today (1/2/23) and the voicemail is full. I just want either what I ordered or a refund.
