We used Shorepoint Electric to get our new air conditioning and furnace. not even two years later the heat is broken in the middle of winter Shorepoint was unable to come out at first. The secretary had no regard for our freezing family. And then the same year our air-conditioning goes bad. Mind you this is a brand new system. The fan motor is no good. So we had to replace that. Now our air-conditioning a year later is not working again. I called Shorepoint to see if they can come out first I left them a message on Sunday. I received no callback. Then I give them a call on Monday the secretary, ****** proceeds to tell me that she is not able to come and service our house anymore. There was no explanation why they could no longer service our house. She argued with me again saying no we cannot come out to your house. I proceeded to tell her that I have two dogs and two small children and it's 85 in my house, and that as a business, it is not fair or not right and that they won't come out and at least look at our unit that they installed. This woman ****** literally would not listen to anything I had to say she would not explain anything to me she has no Regard for her customers. She ended up hanging up on me when I was trying to get an answer from her as to why. I am upset more because we already had paid $9000 for this unit to be installed and then we have had problems ever since. I do not trust this company. I should've kicked them off of my property when I saw their workers smoking marijuana in their work truck. I wish we never went with this company. Sometimes cheaper is not always better. quality and taking pride in work is not what this company is about. They are all about money that's all they care about. They should be shut down. Do not go with them please I'm telling you you will regret it in the end.
