            March 15, 2022 placed and paid for small pretzel tray for March 18, 2022.March 17, 2022 daughter became sick. Had to cancel daughters confirmation party due to sickness.Went to Philly Pretzel Factory next week to resolve not picking up order. Two younger people took message.Went two weeks later and left second message for manager.April 18, 2022 went to store.Manager named ***** refused to refund or honor purchase. Manager claimed I must have picked up the item. After trying to speak with manager while he continually insisting I received the order he then refused to speak with me.The manager then became aggressive. He looked through his system which he claimed is flawless and said there is no order he can give me a 25% off coupon. Since I prepaid $36 I explained I either want a refund or a new pretzel tray for the new Confirmation.He then said someone must have picked up the tray. I explained it was not me or someone affiliated with me because my daughter was sick that day. I tried to explain to ***** this was for My daughters Confirmation(which why would I come and lie about a church activity or go back 3-4 times for a refund).He then tried to talk to my daughter which I said please do not speak her (he was quizzing her to see if she really had a new Confirmation date).He then started to get aggressive and told me it is too bad. I will never get my money back. He then told me good luck with the other manager because I get nothing. I started to get shaken up because I am now out $36 and getting screamed at and called a liar.
