As an automotive repair facility led by an owner with 26 years in the field we are extremely thorough when we perform an engine or transmission replacement, especially when the powertrain component being installed is a salvage component. This includes a very thorough inspection of units we procure both inside and out to ensure our customers complete satisfaction. That being said our company purchased a salvage engine here and did our due diligence prior to attempting to install it in our clients vehicle. During a very thorough inspection it was found that the engine sold to us was bad due to a failed head gasket, and there was severe damage to the block internally rendering it unusable. When we contacted this supplier they accused us of tampering with the engine and refused to rectify the situation. Additionally we found that even if they did make good on it they would have charged us for return shipping and shipping on the replacement, racking up shipping costs that totaled more than we paid for the engine. So to recap, we were just supposed to install the bad engine in the car as it was shipped to appease the ridiculous expectations of this salvage company and when it didnt run, we were supposed to pay for their error by wasting more of our technicians time and needless shipping charges. Our customers are now able to rest assured that we will be removing this vendor from our list.

Motor came and upon switching all useless parts accompanied by the engine it was junk. Engine came with broken sensors, vacuum ******* broken on intake and cracked intake, dried out injectors, and carbon biuld up worse than most 200k engines. The plugs were in no shape good to use and sent them pictures with no care from them besides they aren't at fault. The motor made it 15 miles before detonating completely inside block. Claiming I have no warranty due to not following guidelines they won't help exchange or money back. The engine was in good timing and seemed to be new belt and sprockets in good timing once again but due to not overhauling with all new they say I'm voided.. this is no good seeing everything rubberwise on this engine had more dry **** and weather cracks to the point product would turn to dust upon removal. This is definantly means for a refund or exchange and they obviously are used to avoiding any warranty by telling you they can't call there warranty department. That's their way of telling you to just sit back on an email that will never come. Upsetting to me and will be filing under better business bureau and court proceedings

Motor shipped damaged, had water in it. Timing chain was broken, cams were in horrible condition, definitely more miles than advertised. Would not recommend.

The name ********************************* does not show up in any of our databases. When and how did you purchase the said engine? We are only a phone call away so I don't understand why you wouldn't have reached out to us so that we may discuss options, IF this was in fact purchased from us.
