We had a new roof with gutters and guards on our house. It was the most positive customer experience I ever had working with a contactor.From setting expectations at the beginning of the job, explaining the materials and function, scheduling the work, finishing on time and cleaning up the worksite, I was impressed. The owner will personally go out of his way to take care of the little but key details.The crew are hardworking, and the owner treats them rightthe day the job was to start it was 98 degrees. He pushed it back a day for concern of his team. I respect his type of leadership. The other thing I must highlight is that Premium Home Improvement was always, within minutes of a call, prompt in getting back The quality of the work is exceptional and are so happy the way the house looks with the new roof. I could not be happier with the service I got from **** and his entire team. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean up as well. He takes great pride in the work he does and it shows. The siding and gutters turned out beautiful. It was a bonus that his product and price was better than the company who had been giving me the run around for 6 months. I only wish I had found him sooner for the roof. I highly recommend Premium Home Improvements.

I cant even begin to explain how happy I am with Premium Home Improvements work! I met with **** back in March 2022. He was so polite and courteous! We are expecting a baby in May, so we gave him a deadline of May 23, 2022 (he said it would not be a problem) Im writing this review on April 23rd with a completed home. **** and his crew replaced my roof, windows and siding! They were an absolute pleasure to work with! ****** (the window man) was beyond fabulous- he replaced every window in my home which gave the house a face lift! **** and his crew exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their home!Premium Home Improvements Response
