0 rating. Very unprofessional. Got a new roof, siding, gutters, and capping of all my windows. Still having leaks. They came out a second time and said that my windows were not sealed correctly. So they came and did that. Still having leaks. I've been calling for weeks for them to come and fix the problem. They are avoiding me. Saying they have to get back to me to schedule something. I said we are available any day after 330. I guess they can't fit that in. Ridiculous. I guess I'll see them in court

The home had pre-existing leaks prior to us ever doing any work on the home, and that was why they contacted us for a quote. We installed the new roof, and new siding on the 2nd floor dormer, and capped previously installed windows, installed prior to the customer owning the home. The H/O called back saying that there was still a leak on the back portion of the home, where 3 windows were capped, and it was determined that the mechanical weld windows were the source for the leak, and we addressed the capping and caulking to better channel the water leaking through the frames of the windows. The customer then called back saying there was a leak in the front. We inspected and determined the water was from the pre-existing window, being broken, holes drilled in the sill and a cable wire keeping the window sash from closing. We made a couple trips to meet with customer, where she didnt show up for an appointment. Many of the conversations that were had during the process were ended with the customer hanging up on office staff and management while trying to come to a solution. We were finally able to confirm a time to run a water test, where it was determined that it was the damaged window that was causing the leaking issue, not the siding, capping or roof. We offered to remove and install a new window at no cost to the homeowner to ensure that the leak was not from any of our work, but a pre-existing window leak. The H/O has not had any leaks since the new window was installed.
