We purchased Solar Panels for our home knowing that within a few years we would need a new roof. We were told that Vision Solar would remove and replace our panels one time or free. Contact them and let them know. Since we had a hail storm in May 2024, our roof sustained damage and we only recently found out last week. We get no response from Vision Solar and our app to check the system isn't working either. I found out that Vision Solar went bankrupt. Now what do we do?Review from Robert B

I've had solar panels from Vision for 2 years now and have not evev seen a reduction in my Nat Grid bill I don't think that they are working right but I can't get any one to call me back oh well I guess jokes on me 50 grand is what I paid so I guess I just have to deal with itReview from Daivee J

Vision solar is the worst and is a scam. They have failed. Over a yr later they came to power on the solar panels, it worked for 1 week and then stopped. They called and said that the inverter was faulty and they will be sending someone out to replace it and almost 2 months later no one came. Now im stuck paying for something that doesn't work.Review from Christian O

They started installation on my home without any premits. I had to stop them and now the are bankrupt. Waiting like others to find out what I need to do. My roof was just installed.Review from Michael B

Vision solar has failed to submit my final as built forms. It took well over a year for my panels to start working. All of the work was done over 2 years ago and now I'm faced with trying to find a different solar company to complete the forms for Vision Solar's work. If there is any help out there please post something to help us out.Review from Michael W

They are under investigation by the federal government for fraud. I asked for my money back x three I guess I will *** for the whole company any and auction off the equipment to a more ************ of people. They are from *******. Trumpers no doubt. To get my solar online and operational, I personally paid a $208.00 meter fee. Vision Solar promised me in an email that they would reimburse me for the fee I paid.I have just learned that Vision Solar is now permanently closed.Review from terrie d

Vision Solar's salesmen are complete liars. I am paying on a loan ($30,000 left to pay) for solar panels that do not work.The panels caused a leak in my roof. I have had the panels for close to three years and they have worked for approximately six months. The State sued Vision Solar and got a substantial amount of money. What will happen to that money? I have an open project with Vision Solar and they abandoned the job. Panels were installed, but were not hooked up to main panel. They had to subsequently entrenched from my detached garage to my main panel on the house. It has not been completed and they broke my sprinkler head and drainage pipe. I received a phone call from my loan provider who is now getting a 3rd party installer to finish the project. I tried to call Vision Solar to follow up on the open project and no one is answering. They have put up pre-recorded messages that I am calling outside business hours, which is interesting considering it was 11:30am Eastern Standard Time that I called. Now I will be on the hook for finishing what they broke. Absolutely criminal what they have done.Review from Lev M

Vision Solar shut all of its operations last week. They are currently being sued by ********** of **, CT, and ******* for fraudulent business practices leaving thousands of customers with inoperable or non existent solar panel set ****
