  I got my breaks done at Able Automative a couple of months ago. After initially getting my breaks done I called the Auto Body and spoke to the owner and told him I was having issues with the breaks. I could hear air in them and there was also a high squeaking noise. I brought the car back to the shop and the owner and a mechanic took it for a ride with my husband. Everyone but my husband claimed they didnt hear anything and the breaks felt fine. Today I get into an accident because my breaks did not hold and the air caused the breaks to fail. I reached out to the Auto shop and asked them if they could take a look at them and told them I had warned them that the breaks were not functioning properly. After their lying I took the loss and moved along until today when my car hit someone else's car due to the breaks not working properly. The owner went off on a tangent calling me poor telling me he basically did what I paid for and that I didnt pay for the breaks to be bled. Meanwhile that is common practice when you change breaks. He refused to help me and told me I was drunk. I told him I would be reporting him to the BBB and will pursue legal action if needed.

  We do not understand what this customer actually wants we never refused to correct the problem if any with the work we have done her and her husband stated there is noise coming from brakes that every body hears it, (initially her husband said noise is coming from inside the vehicle gadgets hanging from review mirror) only noise we were able hear is coming from the badly worn tires and vehicles suspension and body itself ,we went on test drive several times with them vehicle did not make any noise from brakes while applying brake pedal or not, she mentioned we may (be hard on hearing) that is not the case, we tried to explain to her in order for us address the issue we have to identified the actual complaint and problem. she mentioned she got in an accident because brakes failed and yet no police report no insurance adjuster information, and she said did not bother going to a different shop for an opinion anyway when she started to hear noise from brakes. only thing we did is basic brake job 3 months from each other she could not afford all 4 together, Again we never refused to help her. we are here to help....
