Oversold garage; No parking spots which were promised forcing me to pay meter to park on unsafe, urban street despite paying for a reserved spot in garage. I do not feel safe walking to my car especially at night. I also do not feel like my vehicle is safe.

As a medical student, I paid over $200 to be ensured parking in the medical school parking garage. The parking garage is over-filled and students are not able to get parking throughout the day, including earlier in the morning. This business needs to be held accountable for selling more parking passes than they have spots. Additionally, this parking garage is the medical school parking garage, and students should have priority. Moreover, the parking garage is not even gated properly. The gates have been open, allowing anybody to park without paying. The exit gates are also open, and at one point, 2 of the gates were broken and there was only one lane to exit, causing major backups in traffic. This suggests improper maintenance and upkeep of the parking garage. Please hold this business accountable for taking the money of medical students without guaranteeing them a parking spot or offering another suitable solution.

Camden County Improvement Authority has sold parking passes to more people than they have spots in their parking garage (****** ******* ****** Parking Garage). I have paid money for a service and they are unable to deliver their promised service. It is unacceptable to not be able to provide me a parking spot in garage I have paid County Improvement Authority for because they oversold parking passes. Their business practices are unprofessional and need to be reformed.
