never use ****** customer service , I sent a shipment from **** back to ****. Was supposed to be 5 days , 3 weeks later still no shipment. I received the bill on time but not my shipment. My boss needed the materials for a presentation a week ago. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY !!!!! THEY REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY SHIPMENT EVEN IS AFTER 3 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could it would be negative stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Momma L

The worst company ever. FIVE times they scheduled delivery and never showed up. Their excuse was they only have trucks that can handle 400 lbs. Do they use dollies to deliver? I cant believe ********** uses them, its not good for their reputation. Zero stars. Zero trust. Zero reliability. Scam of a business.Review from JAMES B

this should be a zero worst freight carrier ever, fright was misrouted 4 times lost 3 times, damaged and took almost 3 months to deliver 1 pallet from a few states over, customer service even tried to return it to sender after not delivering, then I found out the company I bought this from has blackballed YRC for the same service issues years before, probably 40 hours of phone time to fix their errors, service was horrible from the moment of purchase with problems on their end of paperwork the lost immediately after pickup day 1Review from Betsy A

My company will never use YRC Freight again. I received a **** for more then what was agreed upon and their was a residential charge for my commercially zoned property that they refused to remove because their is a house on it. They did not show up when they said they would and my shipment sat 3 weeks in ******* before continuing on. Very upset with YRC. They damaged 1 out of 10 of my shipments.Review from David L

Find another freight company YRC is terrible it took 3 weeks to ship from Kansas to ******** lost it and found in ******* (Keep in mind this package is **** pounds and almost the size of a car). They didn't call to notify that it wasn't going to be delivered the day it was scheduled for then the next day same thing a week later it came with no notice and it was supposed to be a scheduled appointment for delivery. When it got uploaded it was damaged from not being surcured properly and going all over the country get loaded and unloaded.Review from Leinaala S.

Find another carrier. This company has no sympathy for you. Im new at booking and never knew there was so many different freight quotes. I went from paying on average $300-$500 for my BOLs to $800-$1000 all because I was booking wrong. Contacted ******* in salt lake as he did my first couple bookings and told him something was wrong and Im paying too much. 5 months this went on ******* never got back to me or said he couldnt get it fixed and now their demanding payments. Everyone I talk to took the complaint and did nothing to help me. This company has soo much complaints and now I understand why.
