We recently had some furnitures shipped from overseas. Earth Relocation was the US delivery agent. Movers were very friendly.Furnitures were delivered safely without damage. Great service.

This review is based on our personal experience with ER: WARNING!! Your WORST NIGHTMARE WILL COME TRUE if you choose this company to handle your moving! You will literally enter a world of pain! And they always use the same MO (modus operandi): they give you a low ball quote to get the deal and then squeeze the money out of their customers once they have your furniture. Just read the 1 star reviews. Its always the same story. Our experience with ER: We moved from ****** to *** with this company. They are the local partner of a European moving company we hired for moving a complete household. Facts: Over 6 weeks delay. No apologies, no compensation, ***** zip. When they finally deliver your container they give you the delivery date ONE day in advance. They dont care if you have to work, take care of children etc. And they dont deliver on weekends!! If you reschedule they charge extra. Workers handling our furniture were extremely careless. I had to supervise every bigger piece of furniture so it doesnt get damaged or damaged the rental house. Extremely stressful doing this for 8 hours. Furthermore, they asked us ***** dollars extra for handling fees although we had a fixed amount settled with our ***************** They take your furniture hostage if you dont pay!! They simply ignore you if you complain. We ended up paying because we needed our stuff for 2 children. We got reimbursed from the European partner though. Do yourself a big favor and spare yourself tons of money and headaches: USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Earth Relocation was hired as the ** partner in my international move. Many questions were asked about their capability and capacity. They gave assurances that they could meet my needs. However, every item that they packed was irreparably damaged. The final packing of many items once they arrived were atrocious. Literally 1 layer of saran wrap on fragile items. I am incredibly dismayed as these items are impossible to replace. Additionally, their numbering system was incomplete and inaccurate. Some items had question marks with numbers and some with multiple stickers which has led to missing boxes. All attempts to call them have been sent to voicemail and ignored. Their partners abroad are equally problematic. I have been trying to get a result for the last 160 days from any party involved. The quality of service, avoidance of contract terms, and their nominated insurers are incredibly poor. Furthermore, due to the incredible length of time this has been ongoing, I am unable to work with my credit card company to recoup anything.

Unprofessional and decline my calls. Youre better off moving your self .

They hired ****** Brothers Movers to move a customer for them, we moved them back in july, we have YET to get paid. I've called them numerous times, they dont answer, i leave voicemails and no call backs. Ive emailed them and have received no response at all... This is very unprofesional and unethical especially coming from a business themselves.
