    My item has been stuck in limbo Arrived shipping partner facility - **** Awaiting Item - Arrived at shipping partner facility, since January 3. A delivery day will be provided when **** receives the package. The other 2/3 of the order, shipped out at the same time, arrived over a week ago.

    Made a purchase in Dec 2024, package arrived in ********* ** originally on Dec 27 in a Habit Parcel building and has not been delivered. Two **** complaints only got as far as a notification that " no live scan" has been made for package to be picked up for **** delivery. So, I guess this means that I won't be getting my package as this group has decided that they will be keeping it instead. Or should I say "stealing" my purchase.

    I have ordered a parcel from China and it says that it is in a habit parcel E business in Woodridge Illinois but it’s been there for a while now and it hasn’t moved so I’m thinking that it’s either that is not a reputable business or I’m getting fake scans or possibly both and I’ve heard sketchy things about habit parcel too as I’ve heard that it tends to hold peoples packages for weeks and even months on end.

    My package hasn’t moved in the last eight days. I really need this package for my birthday. It’s only 4 to 5 hours away from me in New Jersey. I’m in upstate New York. I don’t understand why it’s still sitting at you guys facility* **** told me to contact you guys in order for them to get it

    I placed my order (*********) with ********* on December 8th, 2024. I was unaware at the time when I placed the order, that it was from a company in China. I had contacted the company December 21st because I hadn't received an email stating whether it had been shipped. I was sent an email with the link which showed that it had shipped, and it had departed from the shipping partner Habit Parcel on December 17th. From that point until now I have checked the tracking number(**************************) daily as well as contacted the company(*********) numerous times. This item was a personalized ornament that cost $18.99. This item has not moved from this facility from what I can see.

    I ordered a package on November 29th and since then over and over again for the past month the tracking has said arrived at shipping partner location departed shipping partner location. i contacted the seller i bought from and they don’t know what’s going on and said they would urge the post office to get my package out. i just want my package to give to my friend as part of her gift at least before she goes back to college. never had this issue with any post office

    Ordered a Christmas gift 12/06 and it arrived 3 times to the **** above company partner starting 12/13 , then departed 12/23 and arrived to this affiliated company again on same 12/23. Again arrived on 12/26 to HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS ******************** should have a lawsuit.
