0 stars. This business is a scam on the elderly. I have a family member who has been paying $20/quarter for 19 years. That's nearly $1600 for a phone that she doesn't have. It's unethical at the least, bordering on criminal.Review from Jeryl C

I found out that my mom who is 94 now has been paying for a rotary phone since 1987. Not smart on her part but also I believe a Scam. When I contacted them through email and said she doesnt have such a phone they said we are closing her acct and will send an account balance I. 2 weeks.I called them and said I believe shes paid for that phone many times and her acct should be zero. They said they agreed. I guess we will see.Review from Denise V

This company is abusing the elderly! ***** year old aunt that has had a rotary phone since **** and this company rips her off for ***** dollars a month to rent it when she owns it m!! Something must be done to this company for scamming the elderly! Shame on all of you that work there!!! I pray they shut your business down!Review from Eric M

My parents had a lease agreement with ATT but turned it back in when it changed. I found out they have *** paying a lease to a non-existent phone for years! It was a green touchtone traditional handset and now they use one they bought themselves. How can they do this? What kind of record keeping do they have there that permits them to charge on a closed account!Review from Sue G

0/5 stars. although when calling to cancel they were friendly and stated everything is closed out. This business is very shady. Why would you pay $5/mth for ANY phone. especially a rotary or wall touch tone. Elderly parents had no idea what they were paying for. They go to great expense to appear legit. I can't even imagine how much profit they must have gotten off my parents paying for a 30 yo phone at $5/mth. Shame, shame on you QLT.Review from Michael M

QLT has been scamming my Blind 89 year old mother for god knows how many years for the rental of a Trimline Rotary Telephone. They need to be stopped from ripping off our senior citizens. There is a place in H*** for people that steal from unsuspecting seniors. Let all your friends know about this company and have them check to make sure their loved ones are not being taken advantage of by them.
