On Saturday January 11th 2025 We had my daughters 9th birthday party at Sweet & Sassy of Cherry Hill NJ. I have tried to write this over and over but unfortunately there isn't enough space for what took place but just know at this location the staff who were mostly teenagers and the managers and even the owner were rude, unprofessional, unorganized liars. The conditions were completely unsanitary. No gloves were worn nobody washed their hands, they used the same washcloth to wipe off facemasks. They used the same dirty water for the second group of girls for the pedicures while also having all the girls walk barefoot throughout the entire place. They rushed us the entire time even though they took us 15 minutes late. They wouldn't take any accountability at the end when when they were rushing us out. The party was almost $1200 and initially they just wanted to take off $50 which I said was ridiculous so they took off another $100 which in my opinion was still not enough. We ultimately had to except and pay because we weren't give much of an option. As we were leaving one of the managers who was the one yelling the whole time who saw us pay decided to call the cops and say we didn't pay. We spoke with the officers who seemed unfazed as if this has happened before. We shared our experience and as we were discussing everything the manager who called came out and said oh they did pay. This experience was traumatizing to my daughter who was attacked by another child a year ago and the police were called then and she suffers from PTSD from that incident. To say they ruined my daughters birthday party in an understatement. As I said I didn't have enough room to even write everything but hopefully this is enough to warn any other parents looking to book a party or even just to go for the day. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Please beware.- ******** *****
