Came out, told us they dont do this type of work (although obviously we told them what we needed over the phone!) and charged $95 for absolutely nothing (technician walked in and walked out!!). Also, when husband asked - technician said it would be free cause we didnt do anything Tried to call to dispute and no success. Never again!Review from BALA K

Horrible customer service, they charge for 2 men and send one assistant who is not plumber, this way their high charge adds up, without taking any approval they work and stand to bully for paying for all the time they wasted. I am not sure why talented plumbers are working for such a horrible company knowing that it scams customers. Just look at all the reviews online you will know never to call this company for any work no matter how important it is, there are better companies out there that address your issues and treat customers with respect. They say hourly rate and keep at it without giving proper quote for work or explains how much the their work will cost. They don't come with common required parts making us run to hardware shop while they wait intentionally knowing they already started the work and now have to be paid for waiting time at the same rate. There is so much work to be done in this business and a highly demanding skill, not sure why this company is in business to harass customers for what could be a decent business.Review from John G

These shysters charged me $479 to unclog my bathroom sink. It was a simple snake job that took no more than 10 minutes. A month later I get the bill and find out they charged me two hours labor for the plumber and his assistant (who didn't do anything) at $225 per hour. They charged me for the time it took to drive from their office, 22 miles away, and to drive back to their office and came up with two total hours of "work." Just a total rip off!Review from Man J

Worst customer service ever. *********************** both rude and nasty. Uneducated and unprofessional. Will not ever use them.
