We had our roof done by Seci Construction. ***** came for our initial appointment and explained to us everything in details what needed to be done. ***** was very professional and very knowledgeable. The day of install i could not be more happy with the vision ***** had to match the roof color with my siding and everything around. I will recommend Seci without a doubt. I recently had my roof replaced by SECI Construction ***** and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Edi and his team were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We had been dealing with multiple issues with our roof for a while, but SECI Construction quickly identified the problems and offered us a fantastic price for a full replacement.The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and were so glad we chose SECI Construction instead of another contractor. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Excellent job all around!

We had two houses that needed new roofs. Out of several estimates we received, *** from Seci was by far the most professional, explaining what was needed, and what he recommended, and his prices were also the fairest. When work commenced on both houses, it was discovered that both truly needed a great deal more than a simple new roof job. One house needed twice as much work, and the other essentially a new roof construction, with leftover wooden shingles removed, rotten plywood, moldy insulation totally replaced, and sister rafters joined next to weakened older ones. Cobra, the construction manager explained and demonstrated everything along the way. He was respectful, courteous, and kind-and when we expressed an interest in his native cuisine, even brought us a complete dinner from a new local restaurant!. The many members of his team handled this huge job like the best symphony orchestra, each one doing his part with complete coordination. And *****, the suoervisor was the utmost professional. Our total house feels much solider and quieter. ***** to all involved! I highly recommend Seci Construction!

ALERT!! BEWARE!!! Seci Construction charges $192 per sheet of plywood when other companies charge only $90-$100 per sheet. However, this is not clearly evident when you sign the proposal because it is stated at the end of the contract as a note that any rotten wood found in the deck area will be charged at a rate of $6/sqft. So first you will need to know that one sheet of plywood is 32 sqft, and then you will have to do the math yourself $6x32=$192.All other companies which Ive gotten quotes from all clearly state how much they charge per sheet of plywood on the first page of the proposal. Once you sign the contract you are agreeing and legally binded to the $6/sqft rate that Seci charges no matter how many sheets of plywood you need to replaced and this is an unknown variable that you will not know until all the old shingles and other roofing material have been removed from your roof. You might need to replace 10, 20, or 100 sheets of plywood which unfortunately was the case for my house. The original quote for new roof and gutters for my house was $17,590. After they removed all the shingles on my roof they said I need to replace all the plywood which will cost an additional $19,200!!! ($192x100=$19,200). In the end they gave me a $1000 discount bringing the cost down to $18,200, gee thanks! If I have used a different company I would only have to pay $9000 ($90x100=$9000). Please keep in mind that once the old roof shingles are removed from your roof you are stuck with the roofing company. You are not able to back out of the contract you signed. I tried negotiating with Seci and even provided them with evidence that other roofing companies only charge $90-$100 per sheet of plywood but they refused to reduce their price. So in the end I paid $17,590 + $18,200 = $35,790 for a new roof. I definitely DO NOT recommend Seci Construction and I hope something like this will not happen to anyone else again.

Aside from providing a top shelf product, material & craftsmanship, Mandi from SECI Construction is the best of the best, just like his team. They were incredible, every facet of the jobnot just a job well done, our happiness is why he does what he does, operating with the highest level of professionalism, care and workmanship. We couldnt have been more fortunate or thrilled with our choice to go with SECI Construction.In our experience SECI led by ***** has better qualities than 99% of contractors out there; absolute honesty, respect and care for us and our home. On multiple fronts Mandi was there making sure our roof was completed perfectly, offering additional services at no extra cost. Not only did we receive unbeatable pricing and treatment that can not be matched but I cant stress enough the work consisted of the highest level of craftsmanship out available. It was more important for Mandi for my homes roof to come out look amazing than to even think about the bottom line.These are the most honest, caring and stand up people who we were fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of meeting and have work on your home. We will never have another contractor perform work which can be performed by SECI. I know when pricing is provided for the our siding and window project next year ***** will be there to provide a repeat of this stellar performance again with an unbeatable price, superior product and a performance that cant be matched. Simply put these guys are #1 hands down. If you are fortunate enough to have come across SECI construction and are considering utilizing their service it would be a mistake to not have them work on your home, I wouldnt put my home in an others hands!Its too bad the rest of the world doesnt operate with the honesty, care and compassion for fellow man that ***** and SECI Construction demonstrated to us.

SECI construction sent ***************************** their salesman to our home for an estimate. First word that comes to mind PROFESSIONALS! Punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and interested in our concerns/needs. ***** described in detail all the work that would be done, they even got the permit from our town. The day of roof demo/install everything went smoothly, supplies were delivered, and the dumpster was delivered. Even though ***** got called away on business purposes, he was continuously on the phone with either myself or the roofing supervisor making sure all went smoothly. I am disabled, there was some material left over from the job. Those men were so kind enough to store everything in our garage so nothing could be stolen. The crew cleaned up after themselves, even had me do a walk through to see if anything had been overlooked, if thats not a professional then what is. *****, even though he was away was still on top of any situation that came up. Obviously we made the right decision choosing SECI construction, and even more obvious is they chose to send Mandi to our home. The new roofing looks fantastic, neighbors commented on not only the look of the roof but the work crew was awesome to deal with. Im a retired healthcare professional, its very refreshing to see a construction company so dedicated to serve their customers needs and to be there for them each step of the way. Would I recommend SECI construction and their salesman *****************************? The answer is YES! In much less than a heartbeat. SECI worked on our roof (new singles and plywood), installed a new attic fan, and demolished our very old back patio overhang and shed for us.The quality of the roof work looks fine. Time will tell, I guess. The issues were with how the work was done and cleaned up.A few observations:1. They sell HARD. Their team talked about their Master Builder and BBB status for nearly 2 hours at our house. They were nice enough, but it didn't seem like they would leave until we signed the contract with them.2. The post *********-up was messy. There was a stray shingle hanging from the roof. The new attic fan wasn't connected. Our landline wire was disconnected. Their workers even ruined one of my dad's hammers that they were using for the demo.Price seems competitive and reasonable, but I was left questioning the professionalism.
