    I have made attempts to cancel my subscription, yet this company has refused to cease taking money from my bank account. They do not have a customer service number to talk with anyone about canceling my service, but they continue to steal my money while I wait for someone to respond to my cancellation request. STOP TAKING MY MONEY, MISFITS! I no longer want your service. As of today, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!! I am a disabled senior and cannot afford to keep paying you for UnFit food.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would! It's almost impossible to cancel, very confusing! Believe me I have cancelled my account, but for some reason they keep charging me! I had to cancel tlmy debit card and get a new one so they would stop charging me! What you get for what you pay for is dismal! For almost $60 you get a few "fresh" fruits and vegetables, some crappy cereal and if youre lucky, some meat. The only thing we did like was the Naked Bread. The food isn't very fresh, I've gotten spoiled chicken! There is NO phone number to call them, they send out an email that is the same one each time, no human to talk to... If I were you, I wouldn't even consider trying them. They are beyond disappointing.

    At first I thought I had mistakenly signed up but was able to easily navigate through the website, then app. I have the non-subscription option. I LOVE you guys so much. I live in very rural, no grocery storeland. My produce lasts like 3 weeks, I enjoy the meat selections, and your bakery selection is pretty top notch too. Keep up the great work, I love Misfits Market ????

    I find it disappointing that they are emailing me a 50% off deal that cannot be fulfilled at 50%. The offers maximum value is $20, but the minimum order is $45. Its branded as 50% off but cannot be used for 50%. Its unnecessarily deceptive.

    I contacted them to have my account canceled. No respond at all. I signed up to try and choose what I wanted in my box. Instead they send me crappy stuffs that no one would even want to eat. This business has no phone number to contact with your issues so all you get is an automated bot. Please cancel my account. I dont need this.

    They force you to add a credit card in order to browse. I did not like the prices so I backed out without checking out and then the next day I get a notification from my bank that I have a pending charge. I did not checkout or give my permission for them to charge my card. The site said the order was confirmed and on top of that it says Im signed up for weekly orders when I did not and would not! I canceled the subscription but Im stuck with an order I never confirmed! Now I see that there are others that had the same experience and people ordering and not receiving their orders. Also autofilling a cart is suspect altogether ??. Will not be ordering again, scam!

We're a weekly grocery delivery subscription and upon creating an account, customers opt for a weekly or bi-weekly cadence. Each week, we'll curate a box of groceries for you based on the preferences you've chosen and you're welcome to customize said box, leave it as is, or skip it altogether to avoid any charges.     My girlfriend was charged on her cash app card and she had never even been on the website. Then I looked into to see if they were a scam and all I did was check their website. Never opened an account and 10 minutes later they sent me an email. How the h*** did they get my email. An account was never set up. This business has got to be a scam and they have to be using cookies to get emails. I never even accepted cookies on their website. They seem to be a malicious and predatory business. I hope this review might help but people will only see this once they are scammed

Customers have to create an account with their billing and delivery information, go through an entire sign-up process, and enroll in a subscription. We don't have a way of doing this without their consent. While we aren't able to find your name or email address in our system, we'd love to investigate this further.     I like the concept of this company but every time I get a delivery from them my package is severely damaged. They place berries on the bottom of the box with cartons of milk on top. I recently received a package where my coffee ******* was open and leaked on all the other groceries. This is not worth the risk of receiving groceries that are damaged to the point that you cannot consume them.

    I deleted all items from my cart on 08/21. On 08/29, I was charged for my order and received an email stating my order was damaged in transit and that I was being refunded (minus shipping.) They still have my money.

    What is it worth when a company like Misfits Market lies to a customer who has been placing weekly orders for several years. Over the last few orders my box was delivered to the wrong address. In my last order the order was marked "completed" so I assumed it was delivered to the wrong building and after arriving home from work I spent ***** min checking the neighboring buildings only to find out the box was never delivered. I now receive multiple emails weekly offering me 50% discount to come back but capping the value at $20. I was ordering $100 every week since the pandemic. Is $20 the only value you place on lying to a customer. Another company that I currently order from made a mistake and ended up comping a $100 order. Misfits Market has a very dishonest way of dealing with customers. I would order from other companies.
