    Dealer charged $199 for window etching which is not on the car windows. It would appear their intent is to collect the amount and hope no one checks. I asked for a refund which the general sales manager immediately refused suggesting I bring the car back to have the etching done now that I am aware of their questionable tactics. There appears to be a pattern since I have another car from the same dealer and in checking the windows, no etching is present although I paid the same $199 fee. With both cars I was never asked whether I wanted the optional etching in which I have no interest. I hope my complaint will help other unsuspecting consumers.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have tried over the past 8 weeks to obtain an explanation from the General Manager regarding how certain numbers in my lease were calculated. I believe the numbers were inflated to result in a predetermined profit margin/monthly to lease charge. This would explain why I was NOT given the opportunity to review the lease for a 24 hour period as designated in the lease. I am sharing this review to let other prospective buyers know my experience was devoid of dealership transparency. Very frustrating.

    Hi, I purchased a car from town Hyundai and I purchased the windshield protection insurance which guarantees a fix for your windshield if theres damage under 6 inches in diameter.Several months after purchasing the car, a rock flew up from the highway and hit my windshield, causing a one and a half inch circular crack. When I called the window insurance company they refused to fix it saying the crack was too big. Now the crack has gotten much bigger and is about to spider into the whole windshield. The dealership has claimed to be helping try to resolve this but Ive not had any resolution and its been almost a year. I just want them to replace the windshield and live up the warranty they sold me
