We have a written estimate from Maple Tree Service to remove 5 trees, 2 dead Ash, 2 Dead Oak trees and 1 Blue Spruce. Estimate is attached. Maple Tree,(MT), only completed a portion of the work on Oct. 25, 2023. I had to leave for a Dr. appt. and because I used them in 2022, I made the mistake of paying them in full, $3,800, trusting they would do all of the work on 10/25/23. Upon arriving home that evening, I noticed they did not remove the dead Blue Spruce tree. I called and texted them immediately that evening. No response and I texted and called them every day for 9 days thereafter and they did not return any calls or texts. My husband called Alex, the owner on 11/2 and Alex told him he would confirm the removal date on 11/3. We have not heard back from Alex as of today. It has been over one month and MT has still not responded to any of our calls or texts. We would like Maple Tree to complete the removal and stump grinding of the Blue Spruce, given the estimate clearly states this part of the work order and we have paid in full of this service.

We had 4 trees taken down on July 6, 2023 and the ******* on the job said that the equipment used to grind the ***** was broken and that he anticipated it being fixed in a day or two and would come back. The crew then proceeded up the street to my neighbor's house and he told her the same thing. We then called the company number and were promised that they would come by and grind the stumps down and to just put a marker on the *****, which I did. It has been 6 weeks and after multiple phone calls from my neighbor and promises of coming on specific days this tree service has not returned to complete the job.Maple Tree Service LLC info is as follows: ***** ******* Lic# ******
