I went in during Covid, May 2020 to purchase a Mazda and they would not sell me a Mazda. They went to an affiliated used car lot called *** motors I took the **** escape 2018. Ive had nothing but issues with the car, I went back to them, after speaking to the manager ****, he told me to come and trade it out and then his whole story change when I got there he wanted me to give them more money that was coming and looking at all the servicing that was done to this car they didnt service the car within 10 days of them having it before they saw me and played me like a sucker. I filed a complaint with the ************************ refusing to try to make it right. Im still paying finance payments on the car and I have put in at least close to $10K work, when I try to bring it to the service mgr for the suspension he told me it was all in my head, I tried to use the warranty they gave me they told me the warranty was expired and it was only good for 90 days or 2000 miles, even though I paid almost $2500 for an extended warranty. I contacted lemon law lawyers they told me I did not have an active warranty, they couldnt assist me. I am now waiting for an arbitration, consumer affairs could not complete the complaint I made. I traded in my last car w them which they gave me $1500 I handed them $2500 cash for down payment, $4k plus almost $2500 for extended warranty that I was never even able to use when I had major problems with this car. I have replaced the battery twice 2 water pumps 1 water pump prior to me making 60k miles. I went a woman by myself and they took full advantage of me. No one should go to this dealership now the present manager wont settle with me for the $7k so I am awaiting an arbitration case. Ive been dealing with consumer affairs for almost 2 years now, I have only had this car since 2020 is not even 10 years old with all the major issues between the suspension, engine issues. Ive put more money into work on this car than payments!!!

Buyer please be aware and do not go for false ****** review. I jus bought a used car from them and they are horrible. They put price aggressively to attract customer. They will lower the price little bit then add up that into their other fees. First they charge you $795 doc fee , low **** fee $300-$600 which is scam and a true big dealership never charge those.After that if you are out of state which was in my case they will charge you an estimate dmv fee saying that they will return money. In my case, I paid $442 for the *** plus $25 plate postage fee (no dealer charge this fee). Also I was surprised to hear that the plate and registration may take months because they use their own service company.Finally after 3 weeks, they called me saying that I have to pay $96 because they used some service and their fee is $250 and I am $96 short. I called the sales person **** ******* who has no idea about the process and threatened me saying that if I do not pay the difference, I do not get the plate. I called their sales manager and he is also not helpful other than being rude. He is telling me that PA *** has a authorised company and they charge $250 fee for processing. Then i asked for the receipt showing me proof and he hang up the call saying he will but not yet send anything.Usually PA dmv fee $295 and good dealership charges you around $450 as an estimate. I did buy car from ** and they took $450 but refunded me $85.Hopefully my review will help some customers to be aware of this kind of extra fees and they should be shameful fis kind of activity.

Horrible service. Called twice originally to set up an appointment and had to call third time and ask to speak to a sales manager as I was l left on hold forever. Finally made a test drive appointment only to be told the next day the car was gone. They treat customers like garbage.
