            Entered a contractural agreement to have this company finish the set of a modular home purchased thru Supreme Modular. The contract was signed with the understanding the home would be finished within ***** weeks of the home being "set". The home was delilivered April 5, 2022 but was not set until August 6, 2022 due to this "*****" retiring. So the home was set in its foundation on 8/5/2022 and yet it is now February 24, 2023 and the home is not completed. This company has missed the completion deadline by many many weeks causing additional financial costs on my behalf.

            ********************* home  sadly burned down over 2 years ago , she settled with the insurance company and only had so much money to work with to complete this project, the modular company who sold her the home will not typically will not order the " boxes " the house until the foundation is in but because she was a cash customer they wanted there money and ordered it anyway .. the house sat on a lot down the street for 4 months or so while we waited for the over 6 months for the city to finally issue the demo permit so we could start the build ,  the house did suffer some minor damage while it waited to be set but I took care of that out of my pocket . all the subcontractors we use are very busy . her house almost complete and will be finished with in seven days.. and then I can get my final inspection for the **** at that time final payment will be due plus some extras she has incurred . 

            I never received any other complaint on this house prior to this one.
