    I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership in September of 2022. From the start the vehicle was advertised online with incorrect included items listed. The truck was purchased and driven a short distance in the daytime. Upon driving home, a round trip that took over 8 hours from ** to **/** to ** due to traffic, it was dark. It was immediately noticed that the tinting on the vehicle was double tinting, limo tinting, and you cannot see out of the windows. Also, some brake shaking was noticed, and a panel was bumped out on the truck. The dealership was contacted about these serious issues in under 24 hours b/c they were closed. The dealership first said, because it is Honda Certified, that they would pay for the truck to be serviced at our local dealership in **. When the local dealership said that due to the double tinting it, removing the tint could pull up the rear defroster, Boardwalk Honda no longer wanted to honor the offer to have it fixed locally. They wanted me to drive the truck all the way back to them. They were to give me a loaner vehicle to come home with and toll money and then they would pick the loaner back up and drop off my truck to me when fixed. Unfortunately, I had to cancel twice due to work issues and being required to work unexpectedly. Both times, the dealership was notified. Since then, they have said they will no longer stick to this agreement and I have to drive back to them again and sit and wait hours for the truck to be fixed. They also do not return phone calls and emails most times and the managers refuse to contact me directly. I am stuck with an unsafe vehicle and cost of having it repaired myself. Their demeanor and business has been unkind and dishonest from the start. I am at a loss with what to do and would like other consumers to be cautioned. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    I spoke to customer on the phone Saturday 11/16. We agreed that he will bring his vehicle here on Saturday 11/23 and at that time we will address his concerns and provide him with a loaner vehicle. Once repairs are finished, we will have vehicle returned to customer and pick up our loaner vehicle.

    Purchased 2022 Honda HR-V LX. While signing paperwork but before vehicle was delivered to me, service department removed (without my permission) a plastic flag glued to the dashboard. The removal caused damage to the dashboard. Dealership offered to repair via detailer. Never called me back for appointment. Wife had to go twice before detailer showed up. ***** painted dashboard without my authorization or prior discussion as to what would be done, and how that repair would be warrantied. Dash now feels like sandpaper and is permanently damaged by the Honda Boardwalk service department and subsequent detailer. Made appointment with ************************* to discuss issue- he was a no show - appointment was made on his day off. Received call from GM ***************** - offered to replace entire dashboard. Took vehicle into shop to identify color. Next day Mr. may called to inform me part is on back order. This is not true. 3 dealerships have confirmed part is available next day. Dealership continues to lie, break appointments, and give me runaround. Preparing to take dealership to small claims court - breach of promise to repair it, and damaged my vehicle causing depreciation of vehicle before actual delivery.

    I purchased a vehicle from Boardwalk Honda in ******************** **********. It has been 5 weeks since the purchase and they not yet sent me my Registration or Title for the vehicle. I only have a temporary at this time.I reached out to them a number of times without success.Thank you for your help *******

    On 01/15/2022 I went to this dealership to inquire about turning in my Honda Lease. I worked directly with JR *********** who told me they would buy out my lease totaling $15,146.11. It is now 03/17/2022 and this money has not been sent by Honda Financial. The lack of this company has placed me in a credit collection as 2 months worth of payments are due. I have reached out to ************************* who has not provided any guidance, I have left ****** reviews . I have reached out to ********************* who has also not provided me with any resolution. This company is nothing but fraud !! THEY STOLE MY VEHICLE and have left me with nothing but DEBT ! I need answers NOW or I will be starting a civil SUIT
