    The store is great but the online help was terrible and they do not follow the sales given I bought buy 2 get 2 free on jewelry and they canceled one of the items and would not allow any form of exchange

    Worked for their spirit Halloween last year, and was not impressed. Some 18 year old kid who was in the running to be a manager would not stop making crass/lewd comments, proclaiming things like I love ******* loudly at the cash register. He also followed me around the store when I made moves to avoid him. Then when I told a different manager about his behavior, the crass boy got mad at me and claimed I was talking s*** about everybody (nope just him) nobody actually apprehended him and I really hope he is not a manager now. Someone that lewd and immature does not need a position of authority even in a place that sells d***** Would not recommend this as a place of work if you have even a speck of maturity.

    Preserved two Halloween costumes on the same order. One shipped to a completely different address. Not even in my state or a state near by. After a week of back and forth. Them saying we reshipped but cant give you tracking for that shipment. It is now two days from Halloween and still nothing. Today they did finally say they will refund it. But if like everything else they will do nothing. Never will I recommend or shop Spencers ever again. Dispute shooing with them the last 20 years. This is absolutely ridiculous. Especially the lack of costumer service.

    Horrible online experience- I made an online purchase and paid extra for expedited shipping. I received an email notification the same day stating my order was shipped. 24 hrs later I check the tracking and it states only a label was created and the carrier has not received the order. On day 3 ( the day I should have received my order) the agent stated they still have 24 hrs to ship my order and it is still on time. This makes zero sense because I am suppose to have my order today and they havent even shipped it yet. I keep getting the runaround and no one is willing to cancel the order or refund the expedited shipping. This unprofessional and bad business practices . If expedited shipping can not be fulfilled it should not be offered.

    I placed an order online. When I received the order I had a random charge on my account for $15 on the same day. I never made any other order. They stole my money from my bank.

    My husband and I bought a *** toy only for the first toy not to work. Received second one only for it to burn his p**** Spencers two resolutions were to choose a different product or a refund. Im highly disappointed in Spencers to sell a *** product that ***** people

    Ordered a Christmas present online on 12/10 and as of Christmas never received and looks like there was no movement once the label was created. They say now there are out of stock will have to give me a refund. They wont give me a reason of what happen. They screwed up on their end and told me the only other option is if I drive 30 mins to pick ** in store if they have the backpack.Never again

Typically, all of the packages are picked up from our warehouse and brought to the shipper and scanned in and begin moving to their destination.     I went to the Spencers in the ***************** and had a terrible experience with the employee on staff. I went there yesterday and purchased clothes and paid with cash. I was not informed of any policies Spencers had when paying with cash. So, today when I went to make my return the employee whos name was ******* (not sure if that was her real name or not) treated me with the worst attitude. She clearly was having a bad day and took it out on me with her unprofessional and rude demeanor. The return policy was no issue for me thats not my cause for concern but mainly the fact this person is still employed from the way she treats and deals with paying customers. Get better staff or I guarantee youll be dealing with a lot more bad reviews and complaints.

    Absolutely horrible. Sent me a broken mug that wasnt even wrapped. Not labeled as fragile. I let them know, they said 1-3 days Id receive shipping info for another one. A month & a 1/2 goes by , no shipping info & no replacement mug. I message them again they say 1-2 days you ll get shipping info. Another month and several weeks still nothing. Act all professional like they are canceling the reshipment when I said I want a refund. Lets be real there was no reshipment. They just took my money, sent me a broken product and lied to me. A multi million dollar company doing this. Wtf. Any company with integrity would have refunded me after this long AND sent me the **** product. I didnt want to give them a f****** Loan of 53$ for 4 months, I bought a product I didnt receive. The phone customer service was also s*** besides the last boy who was probably young trying his best considering he works for a s*** company. Wouldnt let me buy one over the phone to get, wouldnt ship one to their ******** stores after all that. Never again will I shop there and wouldnt recommend my friends/family do either.
