Helped my business with its visibility on ******. Did not happen overnight but I was told it can take a little bit of time and sure enough within the first month I was right on the top of a search whenever somebody searched for an electrician in and around my area. I can't tell you how many jobs I have picked up from somebody saying hey I found you on ****** can you install and EV car charger outside of my garage.Review from Pedro A

*****. You had a review scheduled one month after purchase to give you your first progress update that you missed and upon reviewing the call records, we reached out 7 times to reschedule. We'd be happy to provide documentation to support this statement. The claims that we haven't reached out or attempted to provide a resolution are unfounded and untrue. We work hard to provide quality customer service and don't appreciate false claims, especially when our attempts to reach you to review your account with you went unanswered.Review from Bryan W

This is a terrible scam from a bunch of **** dont waste your money im a small business and i got scammed i should have listen to my wife dont let them talk you in to it only if your rich and you can throw away thousands of dollars the only thing they did was have me up top of the page when it was close to the end of the month so they could say that i was up top on advertising on ****** please dont let them foul you like they did to me hopefully this will stop a small business from getting screwed over like i did ok thanks hope they get put out of business ok just say NO NO there a bunch of scammers dont listen to their liesReview from SueEllen A

This company cost us thousands of dollars!!! They charged my account $700. But did nothing until I started to complain. We are a seasonal business only open 7 weeks. For 2 of those weeks we were posted as not being open and they still couldnt fix it. Dont waste your money like I did!Straight Marketing LLC Response

I would like to address the recent claims made regarding our services. The customer in question purchased our SEO ********************** enhancement program on August 8th. As part of this program, we have successfully listed the business on 60 search engines and provided comprehensive marketing support on Google.The customer recently reached out to express concerns about an incorrect Apple Maps listing. We have created a listing on Apple Maps with accurate information, and we are currently working with Apple to resolve this issue, whether by removing or merging the listing.While we understand the frustration this situation may cause, it is important to clarify that the challenges associated with Apple Maps processes are beyond our control. It is disheartening to see a review published that inaccurately suggests we have not taken action, especially given our ongoing communication with the customer regarding this matter.Please be assured that the customer remains enrolled in our services, and we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.Review from Donna C

STRAIGHT MARKETING, in my opinion, is a Scam for sure! They target small businesses like mine, they told me they would internet market my business with over 75 major search engines but they DO NOT DELIVER! They are very convincing, they told me they recommended I stay with the program for a minimum of 6 months & proved their profitability by showing me other company results that they claimed to have worked with. They were quick to get a live person on the phone when I inquired about their internet marketing ************ however, they did NOT speak to me, call after call, when I had on going concerns. Despite 7+ attempts to reach *************************** **** ***** ********* or ANYONE who could assist to discuss how I was NOT profiting but loosing money, all scheduled call backs came AFTER my billing cycle ($199. per month), and NEVER at the scheduled dates & times. Oddly, prior to agreeing to work with them, all scheduled calls came on time. Makes sense now, they were chasing my business. I have lost ******************* of dollars in billing, in addition I have lost money from time wasted waiting for scheduled call backs. I had to call my **************** to stop billing. They were very persuasive yet did absolutely NOTHING, in my opinion, to help my business. Straight Marketing avoided my calls after I agreed and paid them to market for my company. I was told I COULD CANCEL at any time. **************** kept telling me, my **** ***** ********* was the only one who could help me. They scheduled numerous call backs yet ***** missed every scheduled appointment. ***** ********* did call & left me voicemails & emailed apologizing for missing me yet again but NEVER on the days scheduled. It is a marketing scam. I stopped billing but I am concerned they will attempt to bill under another name, as I was advised by Am Ex that can happens. Your feedback comes as a complete surprise, given that you are currently enrolled in our highest tier of marketing services.On September 6th, you requested a callback, and we promptly responded by emailing you and calling both of your provided contact numbers on September 9th and 10th. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you until this past Saturday, at which point you posted a review that we believe to be unfounded.To clarify, *****, our customer service representative, has not had any scheduled calls with you. The only reason you are familiar with her name is due to the numerous voicemails she has left in an effort to reach you. Additionally, we have consistently billed you under the same name since your enrollment six months ago.It is disheartening to see such actions aimed at damaging our business, especially when we have made multiple attempts to assist you. You have not incurred any financial loss with us; on the contrary, you have gained significant exposure, and your account remains active.We have only received your review and a combative email that did not clearly state a request for cancellation. I'm giving SM 1 star, for the following reasons:Last April, Straight Marketing (SM) cold-called me, to get my Business Profile updated on ******. They charged me $279 to do this and they did a decent job for this (isolated) service!I was later contacted by SM, as they presented themselves as being able to get my businesses listed on the sacred FIRST PAGE of ******, so I was nonetheless very interested, especially for the prices offered. Well, after more than 4 months, my listings are NONEXISTENT on ****** Page 1 (nationally) and have appeared ~11 percent regionally - a watered-down goal that I settled for 3 months into the **** Program". Turns out that SM's idea of ****** Page 1 is when you type in your search term, ALONG WITH your local City - really? Geez, I can do THAT myself!To be honest, I wouldn't even be writing this review, had SM been even PARTIALLY receptive to my repeated and well-justified claims for a partial or full refund. They consistently held the stance that "refunds are never given", forcing me to dispute my paid expenses with my credit card company, thereby wasting the better part of my day (and others) in the process. I even mentioned that I'd make 1-star reviews on BBB and other sites, yet they consistently responded in the negative and even accused me of being "extortionary" with my "fraudulent" claim!Whenever I fail to provide clients with 100 percent satisfaction, I make good, even if it costs me more time than what's allocated in the Contract. SM's utter lack of concern for my success and satisfaction was clearly displayed in how they continuously focused on how they met ALL of my needs (partially so, yes), but NEVER on how they could help me achieve my desired goal of SATISFACTORILY getting on ****** Page 1, even regionally.I strong advise all readers of this review, to NEVER HIRE SM for their SEO and other digital marketing services, as you will surely be disappointed, as I have been.Straight Marketing LLC Response

This customer has achieved significant results through our services. We have built and managed over ********************************** addition to managing a microsite and overseeing their reviews. Our efforts have set this business up for success. Throughout our engagement, we consistently communicated the scope of our services, detailing how we were fulfilling these commitments and how they contributed to the business's improvement.Despite our transparency and the substantial exposure we securedachieving first-page visibility in all specified areasthe customer demanded results and exposure beyond what was feasible. We provided comprehensive support and guidance on maximizing exposure, yet the customer remained dissatisfied. This negative review was anticipated, as the customer repeatedly threatened to leave such feedback if a refund was not issued.We fully delivered the agreed-upon services and communicated this to the customer multiple times during their enrollment. We are pleased to have the opportunity to present our perspective and are prepared to provide documentation of all services rendered. Totally and completely dissatisfied with their services. They made promises that have not been fulfilled. I have asked multiple times what they have done for my company - no answer. However, a ******** account is now linked to my business account when you ****** my comany name. Problem is, THIS IS NOT MY ******** ACCOUNT. When I learned this, I tried reaching out. Surprise, surprise - no answer. I decided to freeze my credit card so they can't bill me anymore and removed the woman who was supposedly in charge of my account. Oh, she contacted me about giving access again and I got an invoice since my payment declined, but still don't know what they have done for me. The ******** accont that is NOT MINE is still associated with my business on ****** search and ****** said she would look into it. That was five days ago. You would think something this important would be a top priority but clearly itn's not. I did not have a ******** account associated with my ****** profile for a few different reasons. I need to start checking BBB for company ratings before I sign up for services. I'm tired of getting screwed over. Don't be like me. Access to your ****** Listing was not granted to us until September 4th, at which point we promptly removed the ******** link, as documented in ******'s email notifications.Our records indicate that you did not reach out to our company regarding this issue. Had you done so, we would have a record of your communication, and our team would have assisted you promptly. We have live agents available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, along with an answering service.
