After 1 year the partial I ordered ended up breaking, when I called to ask about replacing it they told me it would be $99.00 so I was hesitant but I knew I needed it, they agreed to send a new upper partial however I got the lower, took about a week then I told them it was the wrong one, once again I received the lower one today which is the wrong one... I am very disappointed. This is completely unprofessional.Review from Joy K

They absolutely have no way of contacting directly any form of customer service yet know how to swiftly grab any payment they desire out of your account. Not only that , but they disable any option of you trying to remove your card from their account so they cant keep just overcharging. Ive asked for months and actually also paid for a replacement partial for one I misplaced. One package never arrived to me. Then the next were the WRONG set. I kept reporting this to them and they never did anything but keep charging me! I had to email them today demanding what I have paid months for and asked for and that Id be reporting them to the BBB. I want to be unsubscribed from their company and also cant find a way to do that as well. Im sure its been well over the amount of months they were suooosed to be taking payments and they can be damaging my credit or fico score reporting bogus non payments. I am humiliated because they never replaced my upper partial so now Im just trying to work and raise money for surgery.Review from Marco F

If there would be something like 0 star I'll mark it. This company is called Reset Smile and they are charging me $4.99 + $69 every month for 10 months because I ordered a dental device with only two teeth that I cannot use at all. When I tried it I couldn't stand that device in my mouth, it was hurting me, I couldn't talk and of course couldn't be able to eat with it. I complained but they just told me to put the device in hot water and to try it again but that didn't work, I complained again and until today they keep charging me the same amount for something that I am not able to use. I don't understand how this people is still in business.Review from Dionna S

DO NOT ANSWER PHONES OR RETURN CALLS THAT TELLS "WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS" I CALLED BECAUSE I NEED MY ORDER # THEY ASK FOR WHEN SENDING SOMETHING THEY ASK FOR IN "DIRECTIONS" NO HELP, I CANT MOVE FORWARD AFTER ALL THIS TIME, MEANWHILE THEY HAVE COLLECTED ANOTHER PYMT FROM MY CREDIT CARD :( WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS HERE SHORT OF HIRING AN ATTORMEY?THANK YOU, *******************************Review from Kyndra W

Unfortunately reset smile will be its own biggest downfall. They are unable to answer phones, emails, chats or any communication at all. I received my device but customer service failed immediately after. No returned phone calls or communication. Its exhausting, I am moving on to get implants. I would rather spend the money on something permanent instead of constantly trying to do business with this company. AVOID!Review from Tav M

I ordered from this company (ResetSmile) Reset Technology in ****************, **. They were answering and returning calls and texts. They allegedly mailed out my order, but I never received it. Because the matter was delayed and taken them too long to assist I requested an entire cancellation of service. They then offered to send the item I declined. They have been billing me and plans to do so monthly. They havent returned or answered my phone calls or texts since. *** called numerous times about my money. They email maybe 4-5 days later after I resend the emails to them and they stall the entire process. Their email response is normally no one is available and will respond shortly. They do not respond and no longer answer my phone calls thus, they answered daily prior to this misfortune. They are SCAMMERS. A friend of mine ordered and they never mailed their item and billed them for 3 months. I want my refund and the cancellation of service immediately!!!!Review from Shauntae B

Reset smile is a scam company!!! After you give them money it is impossible to reach anyone over the phone- days before responding to emails and every email says I have been refunded and to check with my bank! I filed a credit card dispute because **************** just said today again- No refund received!!!!Give me a confirmation or reference number to confirm this refund that you claim has been processed! Lawsuit coming from all the people who's money you still havent returned!!!
