    SHADY bUSINESS! I have been in search of a late model CPO Escalade. Came across this local dealership. The sales manager by the name of **** promise to find me a truck. When i was presented the truck, I asked why the truck was priced so high over Market value. His response was they priced the truck according to where I needed to be with numbers. I declined that offer a few days later they sell the car for 9k Less. I was asked to give them another opportunity, when we did we found a car numbers worked out I leave a $1,000 deposit and an agreement of picking up the car three business days later after the weekend. On the third business day we get a call stating that the car was being sold. After possessing a loan for the vehicle and selling my current vehicle. I am left with credit inquiry and no truck to show for it. The most disgusting experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone there points fingers at each other as they are a very small team of sales and management. Even the owner states that he had no idea of what was going on. Really, no one had any idea on what was going on?! After further questioning of the unethical practice at their dealership. I was told by the sales manager rich that the owner went ahead and made a deal on his own with his personal friend and the deal made more money than ours. It was out of his hands. Really, complete disregard to the vehicle having a deposit and a SOLD sign on it with a promise delivery date. The owner decides to sell the car to his "friend" for MORE money than on our deal?! That is a complete letdown to everyone involved for myself and the owner's friend that got taken for more money. Extremely disappointed and urge anyone considering this dealership to just stay away! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me,NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting, no respect and very deceiving! All parties involved are very well aware of the situation. From sales, management and owners. It has been one week. PSA - stay away!

    Went in to purchase a pre owned vehicle, I called before I went in and asked are there any fees and they told me only dmv, registration and doc fee. When I got there the sales person added a $5995.00 to the price of the car and they called it the Dealer advantage package. I told them I dont want it, they said we cant sell the car without it. They also told me they would match the rate my bank was giving me, that was a lie they were trying to charge an additional 1 percent. Be careful they will try to rush you. Make sure to look over everything especially before signing anything. Dont trust anyone there.

    I went to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle on a Saturday and I was promised I will get the upgraded model the way I wanted and they decided to give me something different. I came back to the dealership 5 minutes later and told them they gave me the wrong car and to make the matters worse they told me I was in luck and they have what I was promised but then they gave me a downgraded model. Once again I contacted them 2 hours later after signing paperwork and they said not to worry that they will fix it all on Monday morning. Monday early afternoon I contacted them since nobody reached out to me and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was over 24 hours and the bank already accepted the paperwork. I feel like a fool and the worse part was what the manager (****) at this location said to me....YOU ACCEPTED IT AND THAT'S IT! I feel cheated in every way! And because of these people I will never trust any Cadillac employee again. I want justice! CUSTOMER BEWARE
