I saw the ad on ******** for a weight loss injection to help lose weight. Per the order page, the price was $129. When the charge hit my bank account it was $1399 and $138.35. Once I saw it I called to have them cancel and was refunded the $1399 and was advised I would have a call to discuss the medication. Instead I was advised I paid for a subscription and telehealth calls. To get the injections would be $299 per month, not the $129 or $138.35 with tax. I called today 12/9 to advise I want to cancel because they is not what I paid for and I did not want the pill. I wanted the injection which would have been once a week. Upon calling they countinue to sell me on a lower subscription plan which I rejected them both and was advised I have a month to continue on the plan. I confirmed why I was not being refunded and was advised that they have a no refund policy. That also was not communicated when I called to be refunded the $1399 that was charged to me. The ad on ******** was deception and did not offer full disclosure. I want a refund of my $138.35.

I want my money refunded today!

I went through the future health application and enrolled for the program . I never received the medication . Then I called customer service requesting a refund they said refunds are not allowed . Then I asked to deactivate my account and issue a refund since I never received the medication. Then I called again to ask to reactivate my subscription however I still did not receive medication they said they reactivated my account and a ** will reach out to me for initial consultation . I was charged again. I explained this to the provider and she stated she will ensure I do not get double charged and this is not a scam. Till now I have not received a refund .

I entered into an agreement for a medication for a cost of $129 monthly, but wasnt made aware of a $300-$400 shipping fee. I declined and am attempting to get my $129 back that was initially charged before I knew about the shipping charge. $129 is for a consultation fee, but *** not had one. Im told they are working on my refund, but its been over a month and no refund has been issued. I told them I would report them, so I am doing so now.

On June 20, 2024, my credit card was charged as follows:FUTURHEALTH.$594.00. Transaction number on my ***** Fargo card is: #*********HWOOD00078JX. The charge is fraudulent. In my inquiries I found an 800# and phoned. The customer service agent who told me she is located offshore, said neither my name nor three email addresses I have at my disposal were in her database. In other words I do not exist. To contact the company using their website offers only a form to fill out a form which I have done without success. Please intervene and have them credit the full amount back to my account. Sincerely,*****************************

I was looking into some product that helped with losing weight. The FIRST amount of FUTURE HEALTH, said the program was $99.. I thought that seemed pretty fair so I applied the payment for that with my credit card . A few pages over I am being thanked for now a total of $567 . As soon as I saw that total I contacted future health via email to CANCEL and I have not heard back from them, and it has been three days. The day I sent that email to cancel was March 21. I have attached the email that I sent to FUTURE HEALTH ti cancel my order.
