I traded my vehicle in October 2024 for another vehicle and it is now January of 2025 and the vehicle I traded in has not been paid off. I have been getting calls from the loan/bank office regarding my past loan because this company has failed to pay off the vehicle I traded in. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the office via phone calls and emails without success. This business is unprofessional and poorly managed. It is unfortunate they continue to conduct business and many fall victim to their corrupt practices. I do not recommend this establishment and hope they undergo evaluation and investigation.

Lease Return Nightmare - Avoid This Dealership I returned my leased INFINITI QX50 to INFINITI of Englewood on 11/23/24 as agreed. However, they failed to report the return to Infiniti Financial, resulting in 2 months of additional charges and damage to my credit. As well as *** believing I still have the car in my possession with no insurance coverage and threatening to suspend registration.Attempts to resolve this issue have been met with complete disregard. Phone calls go unanswered and messages are ignored. A complaint against the dealership has been logged with Infiniti ******************* but the situation has not been *********** not do business with this dealership. Should be a 0!!!We traded in a *** on 10/8/24 and purchased another *** from Infiniti of Englewood. As of today 12/3, the car we traded still has NOT BEEN PAID TO *** FINANCIAL! We have already made another car payment & coming up on another for a car We DO NOT OWN in order to not ruin our good credit!!We have attempted to reach them in person, by email and by phone numerous times and when we spoke to the salesperson he continued to tell us it was being paid next week. This is UNACCEBTABLE business practices!!! We CAN NOT beleive that the brand Infiniti stands behind these types of practices. Our loan needs to be paid YESTERDAY!!! WHAT A DISGRACE!! Infiniti of Englewood is affiliated with *************** I purchased a vehicle at ************** on 6/15/24, the car was financed through Infiniti of Englewood, today 7/27/24 a month and 6 days later, the car has yet to be registered with NYS DMV and I need to understand how I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and cannot legally operate the vehicle due to expired temporary plates and no valid updated registration. absolutely nothing is being done to rectify the situation. The salesman **** continues to give me the run around, I believe they sold me a car without a valid title, this is the ONLY thing will prolong registering a car in any state (Valid Title) Very dishonest practicesInfiniti of Englewood Response

I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,107. Don't ever trust their listed price. It's clear deception!! I stopped by the dealership to test drive and negotiate. I was prepared to pay 25, 600 ( price after a $500 promotion discount) plus taxes. On their website they disclose in fine print a $850 document fee. What Infiniti of Englewood doesn't disclose is the EXTRA $2,900 of other fees, for which they said was MANDATORY that they wanted me to pay. They should have included all of these fees in the advertised price of the car. The final price of the vehicle went from $25,600 to $32,583 after tax! Almost $7,000 more than the listed price online! They also included a $1,595 a lo-jack **** fee", This dealership is fraudulent and the sales manager actually admitted to it after I spoke to him. DO NOT support this dealership. I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,806. I called them asking about the fees on top of it and they said don't worry, we'll negotiate. So after an hour long drive, i'm ready to buy the car thinking I may pay somewhere near to $28,000 plus tax at most. Look at the bill they gave me. It went from $26,806 to $36,583 after tax! Almost $10,000 more than the listed price online! Worthless $1,595 "gps fee", I told them I didn't want it and they said it cost $450 to remove it. $850 documentation fee, what a joke, this fee is legally capped at $75 in ********, due to dealers like this. $1,295 cash fee... DO NOT support this dealership. There listed price is meaningless. They charge fees like it's nothing and it amounts up to 25% of the price.Infiniti of Englewood Response

THE WORST DEALER TO BUY A CAR FROM!!!!!!!!! The manager ***** and sales worker ******* was not helpful at all . All they want is your money and dont even try to help their customers. I was better off going to a side dealer and getting a car with 200k miles. ***** mistake i made and hopefully anybody reading this WONT! make the same mistake. The customer service at this dealer is terrible. I knew something was fishy once i seen ******* trying to purchase a watch in my face after they made 3 grand from a upside down deal. Thanks but no thanks . If i can put 0 stars for this dealer i would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Infiniti of Englewood Response

Do not buy from them! They are horrible! Once they get your money they no longer care about good customer service! *****************, the sales manager is a liar! He was supposed to ground my car that I returned after my lease was up so I would not have to make a payment on the old car and my credit would not get screwed but of course he did not do that! Him and ******** are the worst! Do not go to these salesman! Do not buy from here!Infiniti of Englewood Response

Sleepy dealership. Do not do business here. Put a down payment ( full refundable I was told, I have proof) by credit card and did not purchase car. I have yet to see the supposed check they sent me. They wont send me a recipet. I was alerted that this company was sleezy somehow when I alsed for the breakdown sheet showing all the fees for the car before I came to sign and they couldnt privide it to me. I was suppose to sign that day and they told me they didnt ha e the breakdown. Umm. how were you going to do the ******* then? How was the papsers going to be ready for me before I arrived. I was just pushed off all day. Then I had a friend check vin number at *** dealership and saw the damage that was hidden. Yes, ****** said medium damage and no air bags deployed. However, *** records showed several airbags replaced and had mechanical damages. They were trying to pass it off as an angry person keyed the car lol. And the *** of englewood is somehow associated with this facility, so do not take your car there to be checked by mechanic there before your purchase. Once you decide not to purchase a car your cut off make sure not to leave without getting g the refund right there. Wait for it!! Better yet don't put deposit for any car at this car dealership. I will be more than happy to refund your initial deposit. However, you disputed the charge with your bacnk. Therefore we have to wait until bank resolves the dispute. We are more than happy to refund your money asap.
