This company is a scam. Bought a new $70,000 car in December and told 10 months later I need an entire new set of tiers for $1,500. When I asked why tires would be needed so quickly they stated it is a known issue with the Q5e due to the weight of the vehicle. I called Audi and they told me that they contacted Jack Daniels on my behalf and was told by them that I go off-roading in my car which is why they wore out- LOL. Who takes a $70,000 Q5e off-roading. This business is a complete scam. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! SCAM ALERT!! Brought my car into the Jack Daniels Kia service department. They gave me the run around and tried to tell me that even though the problem with my engine should be covered under warranty, that the dipstick showed too much oil in my oil tank and so it voids the warranty there is no way that my mechanic put so much oil in that it caused an engine malfunction. I had to call them 10 times to get clear answers and felt like I was being lied to. When I said I would come get my car and have it brought somewhere else to be repaired they said I had to pay a $189 diagnostic fee (which I was never informed of) in order to pick up my car. These guys are CON MEN trying to charge me $1880 for a repair that should be covered under warranty.

would give 0 stars if possible oh boy where do i start got the car in january after waiting over a month to finally receive it its been nothing but problems. 1. I was told my vehicle (2015 GTI) was being put into service just for a new thermostat, i work in the field it shouldnt take more than 2 days tops to replace it so after about a week and a half of waiting i finally called to see what was going on. They didnt even touch the thermostat they were replacing the whole turbo along with all coolant components. I was led around in circles even the service center said *********** was supposed to be telling me the information they were telling me. When i asked about the thermostat they said its completely fine and doesnt have to be replaced.2. Ive had the car a little over 3 months this is whats going on: failed water pump, cracked intake manifold which broke a spark plug and caused cylinder misfire. The kicker is when i brought it to my mechanic he said the whole cooling system needs to be replaced which includes the thermostat! I wouldnt recommend this dump to my worst enemy, nobody seems to know what anyone is doing and they dont seem to care much about their customers. If you have any bit of common sense STAY AWAY from this dealership. I was told multiple times from *********** ***** to leave them alone and let them work even thought I purchased the car was lied to. I was then told it was my fault everything happened the way it did because i signed paperwork when the car was in servicelike they told me to.

Purchased a used vehicle June 2022 with a 1 year warranty. Exactly one year and one month, 17K miles driven, it now needs a whole new engine and water pump. Per the VW mechanic where it sits, it is nothing to do with the use of the car, and most likely there was damage prior to purchase ************************************** and not only are they rude and dismissive, they REFUSE to give me the pre inspection report of the vehicle. I was told to not contact any of the employees about this issue again.********************* (supposedly the general manager) in an email said (exact words) "You don't need no engine or water pump. This conversation is over. Do not contact my employees after this email."*******************, I believe a manager, lied to my face multiple times. When questioned about his lies, he created another lie which contradicted what he told me to begin with. All I want is the car repaired. ******DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP******

Liars and thieves. Not only did they repeatedly s**** up selling me a car and they screwed up writing out my check from my lender. No one took any responsibility at any point, it was always everyone else's fault. They lied to me and told me if I put $2500 down I could drive away with the car with the car that night. They took the money then reneged on the deal, leaving me stranded there. When I backed out of the deal they tried telling me I couldn't. Now they're holding my money because they had to change the brakes. . . . . $2500 for brakes. . . . .

Dealer is not honest.I left a not-so positive review about their sales practices on ****** and had it deleted by making up allegations of harassment for telling about their lies (easily proven from their email correspondence). The General Manager, initials D.C., sent me an email that stated, "We will beat any VW competitor offer!!!" and when I offered to buy the car currently on the floor, this same manager responded (word for word), "We are not selling one off cars at MSRP if they want to that is there choice". He must have been referring to at least the two VW dealership (Rockaway and *******) who offered the same vehicle (different color) at MSRP or without markup. The offering by these dealers were easily verifiable. The fact that **** Daniels VW can easily request bad reviews for deletion tells consumers who they really are as a car dealership. So, buyer beware! Reviews found on ****** about this dealership does not reflect the true customer reviews. The fact that they sell above MSRP because of demand while many others will not - also tells you the values of this dealership. Thank you.

My car has been in the shop for approximately 4 months. I am not being accommodated in no way or form with ubers , loaner cars or anything. I have to pay for my own transportation to work and anywhere else. Ive been paying $600 monthly for a car I am not using. That i think is very unfair, they dont want to reimburse me or anything. Theyre are just terrible to do business with. They dont care about their customers at all.
