After ordering a 75 foot hose i recieved a 50 foot hose marked 75 foot in the package.Did not realize it until after i used it.I would not recomend doing business with them.******** *Telebrands Response

This company is a total rip off things they sell for $19.99. You can buy for $6.99 and they charge your shipping. Just search Internet for the same product description and you will find things at 90% off with no shipping costs! this company clearly just intends on taking advantage of people who like seniors or somebody that doesn’t know the cost of things it is insane and they should be put out of businessTelebrands Response

This is a terrible company. Many people think the products are good but the company is terrible. I placed an order and they did not ask for my address. the order was placed without any kind of review of the order. When i got an email from them i saw that they had an old address on the order i messaged them within 5 minutes of the confirmation. Then I messaged them again the next day and finally at the end of that day i got a return emial saying that it was already shipped and I could not change the address. Now 2 days later i have finally gotten the tracking information with an email sayiing "your package is about to be shipped" Now I am going to work with DHL to try to get the package held for signature so that it can be returned by USPS (who is delivering for DHL) so that it can be sent back to Bulbhead and I will never order from them again. Terrible company as you can see by all the 1star ratings here.Telebrands Response

Went to the Copper Hose site on 12th August to order a Copper Hose for my husband's birthday. Went through the process but at the last page summary saw the delivery date was 14+ days and my husband said to cancel. I did not press the final 'Place the Order' button - a big red square at the end of the page. I backtracked and deleted as much of the personal info as I could and assumed that the order was therefore not placed. The following day I had an email from Copper Hose saying I had left my hose in "the basket" and would I like to complete the order, indicating the sale had not gone through. Two days later got a notification of sale email from Bulbhead. Plus I noted that they had charged my cared $139. I immediately started emailing the Customer Support addresses given on the site and advisory email, and also sent two messages through the site internal messaging system. All emails come back undeliverable; the Bulbhead System Administrator sent a message saying their service is not currently working. Then on 23rd August the product arrived. Since then I have emailed and messaged twice more, this time just getting no replies from the emails or the internal messaging system. I have been asking for an explanation and a return label. I have copies of all emails sent and received. I want: 1) An explanation as to how this sale went through when I did not complete the sales process 2) A return label so I can send the product back 3) An immediate credit of $139 to my account.Telebrands Response

I ordered 2 copper bullet hoses. Within a month one of them started leaking. I emailed customer service and they said I would have a response in 2 or 3 days. No response. I called and waited on hold and they finally answered and sent a replacement for which I had to pay 15.99 for shipping. Shortly after I received it my other hose broke. Then after a couple more months the other one broke. So a total of 3 hose broke. The commercial ensured that these were the strongest hoses but all 3 were defective. I can’t believe I wasted my money on these useless hoses. This is ridiculous and false advertising.Telebrands Response

Their windshield wow! product is not perfect. I'm trying to return it but Emily told me that I have to pay for the shipping from Texas. Their product is extremely expensive. I would recommend to everyone not to do business with them just to save headaches.Telebrands Response

I recently purchased a Pocket Hose, attracted by its convenience and promises of durability. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. The hose broke just after a month of use, which was a frustratingly short lifespan for a product that is advertised to be tough and long-lasting. Even more disheartening was the customer service experience. When I contacted them for a replacement, considering the product broke so quickly, their response was far from helpful. They refused to replace the hose, leaving me with a defective product and a sense of regret for my purchase. I would not recommend the Pocket Hose based on both the poor quality of the product and the lackluster customer service. It's disheartening when a company does not stand behind its product or care for its customers' satisfaction.Telebrands Response

I purchased a lifetime warranty Flexi hose July 21, 2022 with Amazon for $59.99. The brass connector to the hose broke apart from the hose leaving the hose useless. I requested a refund or replacement of the hose on June 14, 2024. I received notice from Bulbhead saying they would honor the warranty and replace it with a Silver Bullet hose. I sent them PDF copy of proof of purchase, my contact and address information as they requested. It has been almost a month and no replacement hose received yet. I sent another email, no response. I called Bulbhead on July 12 and now I was told I have to pay a processing fee and taxes for the replacement hose. This company is untrustworthy! I would not recommend Flexi hose to anyone.Telebrands Response
