Agent ***** ******* was excellent to work with. He is very professional, helpful, patient and honest. He gave us straightforward answers. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. We recommend him very highly for his honesty and very helpful answers. He sells only ******** Supplement insurance plans. This was perfect for us because we have absolutely no interest in ******** Advantage plans. Nor does he.Review from Kathy H

NON-STOP UNSOLICITED MAILINGS.This company apparently buys and sells personal information to its insurance clients and also makes mailings, etc on their behalf.We keep getting letters through them and their clients for insurance products that were never, ever requested by us, and they come endlessly. We requested they stop mailing these to us months ago, but the situation continues.If you go to their website they even show a table of their 2023 "privacy" activity and it shows that 100% (69/69) requests to delete personal information by individuals were DENIED! Yes, this company shows no effort at all to respect a person's privacy.We just sent them a final demand for action, and if they fail to comply, they are going to be taken to Court!Review from Susan R

After looking up ******** Part D , They called my home line today about 5 times and didnt leave a message. Still calling at 5:15 p.m. during our dinner hour. I have to take Part D through ********** and was just looking up some things online today . Not sure how they got my information and number. Very annoying. Going to check my do not call list and update.they better not call again.Review from Nancy J

These people are annoying and incompetent. While trying to respond to an email regarding my existing ******** advantage acct, I ended up talking to a TZ Insurance trip. When she said she was forwarding me to Aetna, she forwarded me to another TZ at. She started ******* questioning again. When I stopped her, she gave me a phone number to reach an Aetna agent. I hung up & dialed, and got yet another TZ agent. I stopped him immediately and explained. He gave me a valid Aetna number. Today I received a call from a TZ agent. I said hello twice before the agent responded. When I asked why she was calling, she didn't respond for at least 30 seconds, saying she wanted to discuss my insurance. I stopped her and said that was taken care of yesterday. She said nothing. I said I couldn't hear her and that she was being rude for not answering me. Dead silence. I waited a minute... still nothing. So I hung up and blocked the number. RUDE and INCOMPETENT.Review from Sayn G

They told me repeatedly that they do not make cold calls but THEY DO. I came away from the call smelling an odor of SCAM. If they call you, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!Review from Donna T

Received over 7 calls in less than 2 hours this morning. I didn't request TZ insurance to contact me or provide me with information. I got all info I needed from a specific life insurance company last pm. Somehow my info got routed to this ridiculous group. When I did answer phone and explained I got all my info last pm and didn't need their assistance.. she abruptly hung up on me. I have worked in legitimate sales call centers without annoying auto-dialing. ** calls multiple times a day without leaving a voicemail. I was able to pick up the 3rd call today on my landline which I use for business and just said stop calling!. So far so good. Ive learned to never use my cellphone number when requesting info online. ******** can be difficult to understand as it is and I would NEVER use a company like TZ. Called 3 times this morning & did not leave a message. I answered the 3rd call to tell them to stop calling. Woman said she was following up on MY request to be contacted - I made no such request. Wanted to enroll me in Aetna. I told her I'm already covered by *****. Wanted to offer me additional benefits. I told her I already have vision, dental, hearing, and prescription coverage. Wanted to sell me more of the same. Finally got off the phone. Really getting sick of these nuisance calls and attempted scams.Review from Courtney J

I worked for this company for 6 years and liked it at the beginning. Tz breached their contract with former employees. Employees are supposed to be released 180 days after termination. Its been well over 180 days and I am still tied to them. They dont have a direct contact, and I cant seem to get the answers I need. I would hate to have to deal with arbitration on the contract between me and TZ, but I will, if it is not rectified expeditiously.
