    We ordered 4 bar stools in April and was told they would be in sometime in July. I have tried for one week calling them, but no one answers the phone; therefore, I drove 1 hour to check on status. When I arrived, the door was locked even though they should have been open for an hour. I asked ***** to check on status and he replied he couldnt because ********** is in a different time zone, but my chairs are coming from ******. Another couple was behind me with the same problem. I asked him to call; he went into the back and said they would be here August 12th. I asked him to call in front of me and he had to look the number up and got a recording. When I asked him why he doesnt answer the phone, he said they are having problems with it. Really? For three months? All I wanted is a delivery update and when I said I was going to file with The better Business Bureau, he said, I dont care. He gave me and the other couple his own number, but, of course, mailbox is full and he still isnt responding. Interesting enough that the date he gave us for delivery is the date they are closed, now for a week. Should we not get an update this Saturday, we will file with The Better Business Bureau. This is absolutely the worst and shady customer service we have ever experienced. It is now 4 months since ordering and the business never answers the phone and when going there, they lie about contacting the manufacturer and the phone problem. They are refusing to give us any details or our deposit back. We just want our $600.00 back so we dont have to deal with this nonsense.

    We purchased a ******* chair about **** months ago. About 2-3 months ago we were informed that the chair has arrived and they will deliver it when they had a truck in our area. We have heard nothing since and I left 4-5 messages on their voice mail without a return call. I would either like the chair delivered or a full refund.

    I purchased a dinning room set and bed room set. For the bed room set, I took delivery of the bed, dresser and one nightstand. I was promised the second night stand would be delivered separately. The wrong one was received and they said they would order the correct one and it has not been delivered. For the bed room set, I took delivery of the set with 4 chairs. I also ordered two additional chairs. Those chairs have not been provided and the promised delivery time has passed. I have called the business and sent a number of emails. At first they replied but now they do not and I have not heard back from them and if no idea where my orders are.

    Hello,


    ***** ******** nightstand and 2 chairs finally arrived on order and delivered this past Thursday December 8th, 2022. Everything was delivered as ordered correctly. However, ******* wife told me that the nightstand may be off a shade of stain color. This could technically still be valid (not an issue) considering they purchased a bedroom set on our showroom after a few years being there, solid oak changes color slightly as time progresses. The new nightstand and chairs are still in their home.


    I haven’t heard back from the Warsaw’s yet if they are willing to settle this transaction as completed as the entire order has been Paid in Full. Hopefully the new nightstand may change color eventually to the older bedroom set they purchased out of our showroom.

    The nightstand does not match yet we were assured it would.  We waited 9 months for that.  Instead of going through yet another return we will accept your offer os $100 credit  please send same

    Attached is a copy of ***** ********* original Sales Order#5532 that breaks down his purchases from our "floor models" and a "custom order" (1 additional nightstand to match), plus an estimated "never promised" or guaranteed time of arrival (ETA). King Dinettes is classified as a "small retail family owned and operated business" (54 years and counting) that takes pride in providing our clients a service of top quality "Made in the USA" products. It is literally our motto that separates us from most in the furniture retail industry. Unfortunately, this transaction with ***** happened to occur in the worst economic recession to date, resulting in unpredictable events from point of sale, to final delivery, as many factors kept changing in real time as to date.

    We still have yet to finalize a conclusion to this transaction as we were waiting for a response "outside" of the BBB platform, but will reach out to ***** ******* today, to honor our $100 rebate, which requires a phone communication to retrieve his credit card information to do so. Hopefully, this will occur as quickly as David requires to close this transaction. 

    As the retailer, not the "custom" US made supplier ****** ***** ********** do not build the products we sell ourselves. We can only hope that "human errors" do not occur or to a bare minimum during these unpredictable economic times. It was never our intent to provide ***** ******* with any inconvenience or negative customer service. In fact, we still hope that ***** can reconsider our services as the dust settles in the future if needed.
