on 10/9/2024 at 1:57pm I received a call from ###-###-####. when I spoke to the first costumer service representative. I explained to her I do not have a google company and did not wished to be contacted. I explained to her i keep getting call from this number and there are filling up my voicemail. she became rude and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to another representative and ask to speak with a supervisor. He aske why. I asked for his name because I didn't get the other rep name. He said my name is Sebastian. I informed him that the previous rep was rude to me and I wanted to make a complaint. He said he would not transfer my call because the supervisor is busy taking care more important calls. I said I am recording this call, he said good so am I. I said so you will not transfer my call. he said No. I am not goin to waste his time with you. Then he hung up. So I called again. Sebastian answered the call and said its me again. I said I don't want to speak to you, I want to speak with someone else. he said so you not going to give up? I said no. fine hold on. transferred the call to someone name Joe. Joe started berating me and said I am wasting their time. and to stop calling them. I said I just want the name of this business and for them to stop calling me. He hung up. I called again and spoke to another rep who gave me the name of the company Digital Blitz Agency. I think this place is a scam. would like this to be investigated. this re said they are a third party with google which they authenticate businesses. when he started to inquire about personal information that had nothing to do with any business, so I aske him to email me all the things he required from me, but the rep started to stutter and say he can not do that. This is why I feel this is a scam. so I asked for a number to call to get more information and he gave me ###-###-####. if this company is real or not I should not have ben spoken to the way they did.

    ***,

Digital Blitz Marketing is a fast-growing startup digital marketing company servicing the online needs of smallto medium-sized businesses. We aim to maximize web presence for companies looking to reach more customers. We reach out internationally, helping customers establish their online web presence and becoming their one-stop shop for all their digital marketing needs. So, if we reached out to you, its was to solicit your business. Business to Business Solicitation is completely legal. The way that we get our data has nothing to do with clicking your ****** ad. It was just ***incidental that the number on our list from the data purchased, was the same number you have on your ****** Ad. We will call anyone that can benefit from our service. The fact that we are a direct competitor and solicited you or your customers for business is not a legitimate reason to file a complaint with the BBB.
