    On 9/30 A1 Everlast performed work on my house in ***** **.A window was broken where tools and materials where being stored. It was most likely an accident by a worker.I alerted an A1 employee who assured they would fix it and to be patient.on 10/10 an individual came to the house to measure and provide an estimate but no action was ever taken.After numerous followups, on 10/18 I was escalated to the "owner" of the company. I was told this was company representatives' uncle.The owner immediately asserted that the window was already broken. As the conversation intensified, the owner told me that he "did 10 years in prison and he wouldn't hesitate to go back if I didn't check my tone".At this point it was clear that we were not going to be able to work things out.

    This review is shocking to read and I would like to resolve it.  I am sorry about your window but the fact is I have no idea how it happened or when.  In addition, the rest of your review is simply not accurate at any level and I have no idea who you spoke with, but it was not me, the owner.  Having said that, I would like to figure this out with you and will happily resolve this situation at my cost and at your earliest convenience.  Please contact me asap at ************ so i can resolve this issue with you.   

    My reviews over the last year have all been 5 star and I do not treat clients this way for any reason.  There is a giant misunderstanding somewhere.

    We contracted this business to repair a leak on our garage roof in 2018. There was a 10 year warranty on the work completed. Last year our garage roof started to leak again. I have been contacting **** since 10/21/21. At first I was told **** was not in the office and he would be given the message to call me back. After about 1 month **** finally returned my call and advised me to call him back the following week to get us on the schedule. Every week or 2 ******************** would tell me to call back the following week. Starting in January he said it was too cold to repair the roof. I would keep calling back every couple of weeks. Eventually **** told me that ******* was in charge of completing warranty work and he would speak to him and have him call me. This has been going on for 5 months and my roof keeps leaking every time it rains or after it snows and it starts melting. The work wasn't properly done in the first place and I just want this fixed or my money back that I paid so I can contract another company to get this done.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have been calling A1 since September 2021 in regards to my leaking garage roof. Supplies came in December to fix and since then i have been calling and keep getting the run around and told we will call you to schedule, but i never get a call back or put on a schedule so the work can be done. I would like the roof fixed asap or a refund on the $2,000 so we can go elsewhere to get repaired and prevent any further damage.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Roof work was completed and no water is getting into the garage after rain this weekend. This case can be closed as work has been completed.
