I signed up for solar and a roof deal on 8/1/2022 for a total loan amount of $99,000 for a 16kw solar system size ($30,000 for a roof repair is included) Suntuity installed the solar on 12/15/2022. Ive been making payments for solar on the $99,000 loan since 2/15/2023 and not only did Suntuity NOT send over the $30,000 for my roof that they included in my loan. Suntuity Solar has never even PTO (permission to operate) my solar system. So for the last 11 months and counting Ive been making double payments of $298/month for my solar system loan and an additional $250/month for my normal electric bill. Ive contacted Suntuity Solar on several occasions to pay me my money for my roof and they claim to go get the money from my sales rep. *********** I have saved text messages which stamps date/time of the promised services from the sales rep including money for the roof stating these promises. Ive confirmed with my loan company (Goodleap) and sent over these conversations to both companies ********************************** Solar) and they do absolutely nothing. Suntuity Solar has been fully paid for the deal. This company is a complete scam. Not only do I have a $99,000 loan effecting my credit score for the next 25 years, I also must make these double payments (solar ******************************** bill). Unfortunately they wont ever turn on your solar system AND they will keep your roof money if they claim they will include a roof on your deal. Please stay away from these scammers!

The sales rep. was said he would so helpful if there were any questions, but does not return call anymore. They rushed to get the panels installed. they showed up a day early and started to work before I was contacted. The panels have been up for 2 months and still cannot be used because they did not coordinate the intallation with my local power *** so the new meter could be installed.

All smoke and mirrors!!!!Stay away from this company!!!I would give the a minus if I could This is a he worst business transaction I have been through. From the beginning ***************** our sales person lied and left out pertinent information. We called to get some questions answered after we signed the contract but he has excuses as to why he couldnt come sit with us. There were no excuses when he was coming for the sale. After three days we decided to cancel the contract. The quality assurance department called us to see why was cancelled and what they could do to save the deal. One of the questions we had was about the $8000 check Tinh kept telling us we would get after 30 days after the panels were installed. Rich the quality assurance rep said they dont give incentives. He wasnt sure why **** said we would get $8000. I asked if the roof accessor appointment was cancelled since we canceled the contract. He assured me it was but of course the roof accessor showed up at his scheduled time. These people are only interested in sales. They didnt tell me I had to call the finance company to cancel also. Its a good thing I did. No telling what problems this may have caused.Not a good company to deal with at all.

These cold callers call from multiple area codes every day on a taped line. I am on the do not call list. Then they want me to talk on a taped line. What a harassing way to do business.

Stop. Calling. Me. I receive at least four calls a day from this place using different numbers. I have requested numerous times, at least a dozen, to be added to a do not call list. However, I continue to receive these calls. This should be considered illegal. I am not a customer, and I have no knowledge of this company's identity. Please, I implore you, STOP. CALLING. ME

Got a water filter system from one of the companies that work with suntuity. We waited few month for them to come and install the panel n still waiting on them to and install the filter me and my husband called and Called, all they said is some one will get back to you. Very unhappy withering service
